This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced on a REPETITIVE BASIS.
I stopped coming here long ago because they love to magically close their doors and shut off their microphones in drive thru when they feel like it (not by their true closing time). However, I've had to grin and bear coming to this location a couple times for friends because it's the closest location. Needless to say, I've been proven time and again why this McDonald's is one of the WORST establishments in Chester.
Cashiers are severely deadpan, blunt, and overall rude. Ask them for additional napkins or utensils and they throw a dirty look with a sigh -- seriously, how am i interrupting you? What else are you supposed to be doing right now besides your job? Food has always been lukewarm or overly (and sometimes underly) salted/seasoned. You might get a warm hamburger with a splash of ketchup, 4 pickles, a drop of mustard, and a handful of onions one day then get hardly any condiments, no onions, and one pickle the next day.

Read moreAbsolutely taken back. Tonight I went into McDonalds and the cashier ( Caucasian lady with hair in a sloppy bun and rings all over her fingers) completely treated a customer like shxx! There was a very clear language barrier and still she gave this man so much trouble. Being absolutely hostile with him, because they didn’t get his order correctly. He was trying to explain he ordered chicken nuggets for his son, but they instead rung him up for & gave him a chicken sandwich. Please keep in mind he had his mentally disabled son in there with him. She then accused him of yelling, which he wasn’t. Granted he had a strong deep voice, but in no way was he yelling at her. He then walks out to grab his receipt from the car, since he came through the drive thru initially. She then starts gossiping with a customer inside about the man. Absolutely unprofessional and she should be ashamed the way she handled that situation. Read moreMe and hubby ordered separately on our apps and I went to pick up. First window couldn't remember that I'd just told which orders were mine to know which receipts to hand me. Fine. Go to second window and he asks what's on my order. I told him I wasn't sure. He gets snarky asking," you don't know what you ordered?" So I hand him the receipt. He gives me what's on that order. Then he seems confused as to why I haven't driven off. I tell him I have two orders. We'll what's on that one he wants to know so I just hand him the receipt. Got home and realize he didn't give me my drink. Never asked if I needed a drink carrier either. So tgat was fun carrying up the stairs. Fries weren't hot. They were kinda busy too so no reason to not have fresh fries. There were m&m's in my oreo mcflurry for some reason. Stop bumping your orders before we drive off and learn to put them in order at the first window. It really can't be that hard. If you can't manage it then go back...
