I've been a local to Chantilly for 10 years. The service at this location has degraded, my order is rarely ever met as intended. I've had even one time my order was wrong 3 times before it was corrected in one visit.
The drive through employees don't listen to you, or care, or will lie to you. God forbid you try to correct your order you are sent to detention over in the lot while its corrected.
Last incorrect order was my deluxe quarter pounder - no cheese .
I was asked at the window "no cheese"?
I said yeah no cheese. Once exiting and checking there was cheese on the burger, smh.
Went back through the line (it was late and the inside was closed) I reordered the cheeseless burger after waiting in the new drive through line for nearly 10 minutes
Upon arriving to the window I explained I had a wrong burger... then I was told to go to parking spot 1 and wait. - but hold on.. I just ordered via the drive through 1 single item and waited in line , why do I need to wait further ?
I waited outside in lot 1 for a decent time until finally the employee came our. Said no words. Gave me the bag, and walked away. No apology, no concern. Almost she seemed frustrated to have to correct their order.
Do not make customers go and wait if they already waited by re entering the drive through. Just because you screwed my order up it's not fair for you to serve 3 or 4 other people behind me during this particular situation. Apologize when your wrong.

Read morewell i dont even know where to start so we will start with the current monoply promotion so i have went and ordered monoply specific items which are clearly on the app so they dont give uou the monoply pieces and you have to confront them about it secondly the food is usually made wrong they are consistantly losing orders or giving the wrong order thirdly the food is rarely hot especially the fries you will be told to pull to a parking spot if using drive through for a pre ordered sandwhich and fountain drink then it will come out made sloppy and usually wrong i can go on and on but i will just say be aware when ordering from this specific location which seems to be privately operated and owned which makes it even worse
UPDATE!! so after my review i gave them a chance to prove me wrong well.... nothing has changed they still arent giving monoply pieces on products that are supposed to have the pieces and when asked where the game pieces are the middle eastern guy said we are out and have no more they come in the truck on auto order but yet over a week has went by and still no pieces and they have had the truck already this week place is still dirty and my review stands the same they deserve zero stars in my opinion amd corporate needs to look into this location before someone ends up suck from bad food and therefore i strongly suggest avoiding this location take the extra couple of minutes to go to the ither location nearby trust me you will...
Read moreI came to the drive through I bought a fish meal med soda. I also ordered to make doubles I wanna cross the street? The park to eat it and my fish now it's just cold. The cheese was not melted and my fries reported so I came back over to tell the manager. What happened he refused to replace my fish sandwich one bite gone. He told me me he I had left the store a while ago. I was getting upset. I told him to ask them in the driveway because I told him and put my change in the veteran bucket. The girl came over and told him his Spanish that I was only gone less than 10 minutes. Hell I was standing in the store for 5 of it. Working for the Mcdonald's corporation, I was a Paul that a manager would tell a customer. They're not replacing the food all they had To Do is pull the receipt. You? See. What time I can instead hes gonna argue with me with the nasty attitude I? Guess he was shown off in front of all the girls but that doesn't work when you're manager. Birthday young ladies I dealt with were excellent sweet apologetic and had great customer service. You might want to give them a manager job one.
