There are some very good people working in the fast food industry; unfortunately, many McDonalds are filled with rude angry employees and a restaurant that doesn’t want the custoner there either. Otherwise, your company wouldn’t insist on the kiosk. Some people enjoy and need human interaction. A cashier.at McDonalds often unknowingly provided that service. Well, they once did. Not me but others if I do have to interact with someone, I’d prefer it be pleasant. Not all stores are terrible just a high percentage. Don’t y’all have someone that cleans doors at least occasionally? Most are always dirty. Virus protocols? I’ve witnessed people corralled closer together because seats were sectioned off. I could go on for weeks about how impossible it is to want to go to a McDonalds. Unfortunately, I’ve delivered many McDonalds orders via apps. Even as a person there to provide your customers their food, nobody wants to get it done professionally. I’ve spent many long waits, have watched employees move to the next order, leaving the one I’m trying to deliver, on the prep counter behind the front counter. Have even gone behind the front counter myself to get the order because nobody was addressing me or the finished order. Furthermore, there’s a much higher rate of very low compensation orders as there’s usually a lower base pay for your orders when it should actually be a higher rate due to expected wait times. Why accept more orders than you can produce? Your lack of reasonable productivity and professionalism; except your food packaging for delivery. Best in the industry, congratulationsis, hurting other people and none of the corporate entities are doing anything to make it worth providing their services. It’s bad business. I know McDonalds has done a lot of great things via charities; I remember hearing how McDonalds was on a shining star in America. I’m certain those were...
Read moreYep....you know your pies have been sitting in the warmer most of the day, when the"enjoy by" stickers are torn off and the spot when the sticker was is still sticky. 🤦🏽♀️ not to mention the lukewarm soggy fries!
Ugh! Once again, I'm looking for things to get better...NOT!. I used the mobile app to order. I arrived to the restaurant and waited 5-8 minutes after parking check in. Once the worker delivered my food, I did not receive complete order, 2 pies were missing. The young lady said "I'll bring it out". I waited 10-12 minutes and decided to go inside. Upon entering the building, the young lady was sitting in the dinning area and said to me, across the room "they don't have any pies". It sure would have been nice for her to inform me of this once she found out about it. I proceeded to the front counter and explained what I was waiting for. This worker responds, "let me check". He apologized and said they were in the oven. After another 1-2 minute wait, he brought them to me saying, "they're fresh out of the oven nice and hot for you". A quick 20 minute break turned into an hour lunch. Ugh!! I'm still baffled as to what made the young lady think it was "all good" not communicated with the customer. Three strikes.
🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️I guess THIS is the "new" apple pie...not one but TWO mis-packaged.. Or should I say, they were so busy that it was done deliberately to get the order "completed" and out of the way 🤷🏽♀️😡🤬
🤦🏽♀️ received a big pile of reheated, greasy fries today. Strongly recommend placing friendlier faces at the drive-through windows, ESPECIALLY at the food pick-up window. Service with an...
Read moreI am giving 1 star. It is only for the regular morning drive thru employee who asks for your order and takes your money. She’s sweet and efficient from my experiences. I brought my grandchildren inside over the weekend because they wanted to go to McDonald’s. We should have walked out before we ordered. Every table was dirty, and there was a line of food delivery drivers waiting for their food. No one was working the front counter. Everything had to be ordered from a kiosk, dine-in guests give a table number , then given an order number. After about 20 minutes my number was called out (they evidently don’t deliver to the table as the kiosk indicated), I go to an unoccupied front counter and two items were missing. 10 minutes of standing at the counter waiting, I had the receipt that they had stuck to the bag, ripped from my hand, and a cup handed to me for one of the missing drinks. No communication, couldn’t even look at me directly. I waited for another 5 minutes for a haphazardly prepared cheeseburger, again, no acknowledgment, no communication, nothing. Finally, I sit down to enjoy time with my grandchildren to find that two of their three orders were incorrect. I went back to the counter, waited 10 minutes for someone to just simply turn around and help to make my order right. I finally gave up. Most guests would have been aggressive; I took the higher road and stayed calm. Probably one of the most terrible experiences in a fast food restaurant. I would not recommend this location until I know...
