I don’t write reviews, and I sell used cars for a living, and let me start by saying these guys earned EVERY bit of my business and time taken to write my first review! It doesn’t matter whether it’s your TV or your computer needing a repair; THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU SHOULD TRUST! Had a water damaged computer I needed diagnosed in an unconventionally short amount of time, with no prior notice on top of the tight turn around I’d requested. They were polite, professional, and most importantly, showed a genuine concern for my predicament. As I expected the laptop was essentially “done for”, but I desperately needed to know for sure before the end of the business day. Tim presented me with the most reasonable and unbiased courses of action open to me, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I then had to pick up the computer earlier than I’d originally told them, and Jim didn’t even bat an eye when I unexpectedly showed up in his office to pick up my still disassembled computer. We chatted while he effortlessly reassembled my computer, which he took no part in diagnosing/disassembling beforehand, and I was on my way! Don’t waste your money going to technicians just looking for a check before sending you on your way! Support the local people who are also passionate about providing a 5-Star EXPERIENCE; the repairs are simply a given when it comes to Jim and Tim it would seem, because the only thing that made this feel like a business transaction was the diagnostic fee I gladly gave to support PCNR and it’s excellent team. PNCR Technology Services is excellent. Early in the summer of 2018 we experienced a power surge via the cable box and it blew out our cable box, blu-ray player, and the HDMI port of our Samsung. It wasn’t until 2 months later after a second HDMI port blew, and finally the television no longer had power, that we realized we had a real problem. We called PNCR, gave them the details of what had happened, and they immediately diagnosed it as a problem with the motherboard. The service tech came to our house and replaced the motherboard. A few weeks later, when we experienced issues with the glass panel slipping, that same tech came to our house, pulled our tv to take to their shop. When they ran into additional issues, they didn’t hesitate to rectify the problem. They were patient and did not stop until the job was done to our satisfaction, and through it all Tim maintained a kind, professional demeanor. PNCR was recommended to me by a friend and what an outstanding job this company did!!! I had a 20 year media room. It started with a broken wire in 1 of my Martin Logan speakers which continued to an amplifier that they were able to repair. I had them do an analysis of my system and was amazed at what was discovered. Behind my HDTV were 3 5$ extension cords with no surg protection: wonder there was no fire after all these years. To make a long story short: this company is unparalleled in service and expertise. They never steered us or pushed us to purchase additional equipment we didn't need. They were VERY affordable (after having worked with other home media outfits in the area), competent, courteous, cleaned-up, and excellent communication.
