Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered 2 pizzas! Evidently Papa John’s uses door dash, and when the girl from door dash showed up she only had one and it was totally a wrong pizza. She was very upset, apologetic and told me that she told the store my order included 2 pizzas and the store told her they only see one. I called the store and the girl apologized that she sent the wrong order and told us when a driver got there she would send the pizzas. This was well over an hour after I ordered. I had to ask (was not offered) for a refund for my trouble she said she would and send out the pizzas as soon as she could. Almost an hour later I called again and went straight to a recording saying my pizzas were en route. I had to call back again on the new order line to get to a person. Same girl told me a different story than the first story. I just wanted my pizza. I’m going back to dominoes. This was my second...

Not ordering here again! Had Papa Johns delivery. Ordered a Large Pizza, breadsticks and 3 drinks! The pizza was still raw and the top was barely cooked and he forgot to bring the drinks. The drinks were the first item on the sticker too! The driver said he would go to the store, get them and bring them back. We are less than 1.5 miles away. After an hour, called the store and was placed on hold 8different times to see what was going on with it. Nothing happened and I stopped trying. I had a time sensitive project I was working on and wouldn’t go to the store physically to complain. Well the day after.. Went to the store and was told if I had any proof other than my calls on my phone to the store. After a few minutes of listening to their lack of integrity of not “recalling”.

I deleted the Papa Johns app and will no longer order from them. Should of stuck...

I butchered my own pizza tonight 🤦‍♀️ I thought they made a mistake and put buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce on my veggie -black olives +pineapple which I can only describe as.. truly awful with buffalo sauce. Turns out, I inadvertently changed the sauce ordering online? I have no idea how but it happened. Also had meant to order stuffed crust which I managed to mess up too. The guy up front was kind enough to replace it, despite it being my fault. Bonus..it was the perfect pizza when they remade it. Thank you guys so much for that! It had been a bad day and no dinner and 10 pm and im starving. They made my day!. I'm grateful they did that despite it being my fault. This is why I love Papa Johns! Not only the best pizza, but the best people! Thank you...
