I regret to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent interaction with Pizza Boli's. I believe it is crucial to address certain issues that have left me dissatisfied and concerned about the level of professionalism and honesty demonstrated by some members of your team.
Firstly, I would like to highlight a rather peculiar encounter I had when attempting to communicate with a manager. On several occasions, when I inquired about speaking with a manager, individuals who were not in managerial roles pretended to be in charge, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. This misrepresentation of authority raises concerns about the transparency and accountability within your establishment.
The specific incident that led to this complaint occurred when I placed an order for delivery, consisting of a large chicken jalapeño pizza with three ranch dips and small western fries. Regrettably, the delivery arrived without the western fries, which, despite being a minor inconvenience, I was initially willing to overlook. However, after waiting for nearly 35 minutes, I called asking where are my western fries and they pretend that they do not have western fries.
What compounded my frustration was the fact that my pizza had become cold during the extended waiting period. I approached your establishment with the request for a refund for the missing western fries and a fresh pizza since the original one had become inedible due to its temperature. Astonishingly, I was met with an unwillingness to comply with this reasonable request. Despite being a loyal customer who frequently orders from your store, the lack of empathy and assistance I encountered left me disheartened.
Eventually, after persistence, I was provided with a new pizza. However, my discontent escalated when, only five minutes later, another customer placed an order for western fries. I was taken aback when I observed a customer receiving western fries while I had been informed that the item was unavailable.I was astounded by the inconsistency in the explanation I received earlier, leading me to believe that I was deceived to prevent the delivery person from returning with the missing item.

Read moreI have ordered from them multiple times and enjoyed the majority of their food. Tasty food and well priced. However a few times things had been delivered incorrectly. Not much of an issue, mistakes happen. But after the "customer service" I received tonight, i will not be ordering from them again and most certainly will be contacting corporate tomorrow. I ordered 2 salads one with Italian one with blue cheese. When the order finally showed up, one of my salads was made incorrectly (not that big of a deal, it's a salad, I can pick it off). Told them before that I'd be paying in cash and the driver doesn't have change (ok, now I'm getting slightly upset, but once again it's cool, I can just wait for him to go grab change), however there was no blue cheese. I mentioned it to the driver and he apologized and said to just call the store and he'd be back out with it. This is where the straw broke my back. I call the store and explain that my order was incomplete. There was no dressing, the person on the phone says that they are the cook that made it and that he was positive that he put 2 dressings in with my order. He didn't, I tell him this and he says "well we'll see if we have a driver heading over that way but we usually don't send a driver out just for dressing." I had already paid for my order with tip because I trust, scratch that, trusted this company. If I can't eat my order because you don't want to send out another driver because of a mistake you made and are too childish to admit it, then I'm just out of money. I waited 15 mins, called back to see what the status was, get the same guy (oh joy) "oh yeah the blue cheese guy, I'll see if we have a driver heading over that way, if not I'll come out myself, I'll see what my manger wants to do, my manager says we'll send someone out. HANGS UP THE PHONE.) And the commas are there because that's how he said it to me. No pauses, no questions, this child blew me off. Oh and surprise surprise, we never got the blue cheese dressing. Normally I wouldn't make a big fuss over something as small as forgotten dressing, but when you come up with a disrespectful attitude like this, I will not accept it. I use to love this company before tonight, everyone we dealt with was amazing and wanted to give actual customer service. Read moreThis particular Pizza Bolis by far has the worst Customer Satisfactory Service I've ever experienced. My past two orders have been incorrect and little was done to accommodate the mistake.
The first time I ordered wings and a pizza for my family. The wings were wrong so they offered to make them again while I waited and my pizza became ice cold. Never did they offer a discount, a freshly made new pizza, free wings --NOTHING!!
Another time I Ordered a large box of wings and they messed up the order. I didn't realize it til I returned home. Called them to explain and they said they'd make me new ones. Again, no offer to console the irritation/frustration of myself having to drive all the way back out to them, not having dinner on time for my children, etc. Again, They didn't offer a free pizza like most pizza businesses, a discount, money back or anything. Worst of all they asked me to bring the wrong order back to them...REALLY???
What's even worse is that when I arrive there at the store the manager is outside on the phone when I come inside to deal with my incorrect order the employee goes out several times to tell the manager to come inside but I want to speak with him but he seems to think that it's more important to stay outside on the phone.
I'm not sure what kind of mentality that is for a business but let me assure that it's the WRONG mentality.
I WILL NOT be returning here again!!!
