Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

This has happened to several Popeyes over the last year or two were you walk in several hours before closing time and it's obvious they are ready to close and you seem like an inconvenience. Normally I'm working and I'm dirty so I want to play so I can wash my hands and eat and I do not want to go through drive-thru but they obviously only want to serve you through drive-thru. This particular Popeyes had already shut down making sweet tea a few hours before closing so they can clean it, they had blocked off the bathrooms after they cleaned them so no one would use them the last couple hours with high chairs. And then they blocked off the dining room so he couldn't get to it with chairs and trash cans when I asked if I could sit there they said no it's closed and then someone else may be a manager or somebody else so they could open it up for me when I was obviously frustrated. But not wanting to cause an inconvenience or have them clean after me I went ahead and sat in my truck and ate. I used to work fast food in high school I can remember wanting to break down things maybe a little bit early but several hours early is ridiculous. The food was...

The food here was amazing! My only issues with this place is that they have a lot of workers but they take very long times taking the orders of people waiting up front inside. Understandle though considering the drive through was very busy. The most recent time I went the guy took the order of the person in front of me, which had sneezed into his hand 🤮 and then paid with cash. The worker hadn't washed his hands after taking the cash, and continued to pack food and take my order. I understand the line was very busy but considering the times were in, its a little more picky about how things are done. That was the only time I had dealt with that, but it definitely had me on edge. For anybody trying to avoid getting sick, I would recommend always moving food to a separate plate and remove the packaging, because like this incident had happened. We don't know who's touching the outside of our food. If anything though the food was great and he never touched the actual food with his hands but rather the boxes and the bag. Stay...

This location is terrible!! EVERYTIME I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue!!! I live a mile away and the location is convenient but now I rather drive 3 miles away so I do not have to deal with the total incompetent manager and workers at this location. They NEVER have chicken when you go at prime dinner time, always difficult when using coupons, they don’t give you the right chicken pieces and try to slip you old chicken or jacked up pieces of chicken and don’t communicate to you that they are out of certain pieces and if they can replace it with other pieces. Just tired of excuses and difficulty whenever you are trying to get some food. The one evening manager there is TERRIBLE!! He needs to get fired! The franchise owner for this location really needs to step up and make this place better. I feel that people around the One Loudoun area knows the issue with this place and don’t come here.
