The food is fine, but occasionally incorrect- the manager will fix it if you're in-store and catch any issues. I don't have the motivation to return to the place after going home or to work, but I bet they'd fix it in that scenario, as well. The app will not assist you with refunds or credits.
The drinks are good and the sip club is definitely worth the subscription, but they run late in the kitchen often (even if you place orders ahead of time) and some of the staff are rude.
Some menu items run out faster than others and the panera app won't reflect that accurately, allowing you to purchase them, but no way to change it yourself upon arriving to pick up the order- which is an issue since you can't refund it yourself on the app. You will need a manager to get involved, unless the staff can offer you a "like for like" exchange for the item (like a blueberry scone for an orange scone, etc). That's assuming the staff catches it before handing you the bag, or you check before leaving the place.
Recently, a woman working the drive-thru window handed me a cup of hot coffee without the lid secured properly and it spilled on me. She shut the window and walked off. A different person came to the window 10 minutes later to hand me the bagel and breakfast sandwich I'd ordered- I timed it while letting my hands air dry; I'm not exaggerating. I was shocked and didn't have any napkins or anything so I just sort of sat there, getting more and more upset as the window remained shut. The whole experience sucked and was one of the worst I've ever had at any drive through, but was probably an accident. I didn't get seriously burned or anything, just some reddened skin and damp clothes. Regardless, I think the drive thru window person should maybe just watch and make sure people get their drinks secured or something before shutting the window and walking off. Read moreWent there for lunch to order soup. They were out of every one of them except the broccoli and cheese. Tried to order a sandwich but no bacon or avocado. So , I ordered a salad, which was not want I wanted. Stood there for 25 mins to get the order. All pick up drivers around the counter which was coming in after me. Told the manager that walk in customers should be serviced first since we made the time to come in. Manager said that she was aware. I told her being aware and doing something about it was totally different and needed to fix the problem. Others were at tables waiting for their food. All the drivers were shoving their phones in employees face while they were getting orders ready. Went outside to leave, all the uber eats drivers were a the curb. No one could get around them and no one could back up. Walked back inside the store, told them they needed to move their cars so we could get in and out. No one moved while the manager, just looked at me. Told them again! One said after we get our food. Read moreOne of the best Paneras in the area. Always so accommodating and for the most part follow all covid restrictions. They are always quick and 9/10 times perfect with the order. They are friendly. Precise. Inviting. The food is pretty good. Good staffing all around.
Down side: they messed our order up and gave us a dirty dish. Mixed dressing in with salad when asked for it on the side. Dressing can contain a lot of carbs and being pre diabetic it was important to me to have the salad like that.
The manager that was helping the staff had it fixed immediately and gave us the correct order. Without hesitation. He is by far one of the nicest people I've met. One employee, however, handled our bakery item with the same gloves he used to operate the register without changing them out or using a peice of parchment paper to grab the appropriate item.
I gave this 5 stars since they fixed everything and when we forgot to ask for something on the Turkey chili they gave it to us without extra charge. They were nice and pleasant when confronted with mistakes and corrected quickly and happily.
