This location is the worst. Being that I’m vegan, I only get white rice and veggies as the entree’… however on top all I see is hard cabbage, no kale or broccoli in sight. So I asked the cashier to add more since I’m not eating meat didn’t seem like it would be a problem. She went ahead and added a few pieces of broccoli to each bowl but while doing so the manager was sitting in the lobby looking at her and just shaking his head. I looked at my husband and was like idk why he’s shaking his head bc the super greens was barely a serving size. After we get our food and leave, I see him pulling her to the side and saying something as if she did something wrong. Her customer service was wayyyy better than his to say the least bc if you noticed a problem why didn’t you step in and say something right then and there? So I call inside and asked to speak to the manager (while still sitting in the parking lot). I watch as he answers the phone and I told him that his worker did nothing wrong and idk why he gave her a speech bc it wasn’t needed. His response was if I have a problem I can come back and talk to him about it. I said no thanks bc if you had a problem with how your worker was resolving my issue, you could have said something right then and there vs waiting until we left. I’ve been going here for years and when he first started working there he was a decent person but not so much nowadays. I definitely won’t be going back. Read moreThere was nobody else in line or in the restaurant. I stood at the counter to place my order for about 5 minutes. There were 4 employees getting food for drive thru and door dash. NOT 1 single person acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. Another customer walked in and I almost turned to them to ask if they could see me. Thinking I was invisible. Since when he walked in, one employee looked up and past me and welcomed him in. When I was finally acknowledged, I said "finally". The snotty girl employee said "we're kinda busy and I don't see a problem". I said "of course you don't, you're not the customer". She replied "I'm a customer when I go somewhere else". I then asked to see a manager. That was when she said there was no manager onsite and she was in charge. Not sure where the closing manager was an hour before closing. And not onsite. I told her all these people were helping other people and not one person said they would be with me in a moment. Which is all it would have taken. I've been to this Panda hundreds of times.
