Quickway Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered from there site to have a delivery done first they didnt include what I asked for chopsticks and fork and after my delivery was finished which, by the way, was a headache? Because, according to Uber Eats, if you do not receive a pin number from them. And you do not have their app. They do not want to give you the actual food itself. So after fighting with Uber Eats to finally open up my food, to find out the food was incorrect. And then have to drive Back to the place where I ordered for delivery food and the manager to just say to me, oops, as if he didn't care less and again. When saying to him, I don't think it's right that you guys are charging me the delivery fees and everything else after I had to drive back to Your Facility Because It Was Wrong. It's very unfair as the customer 0 care 0. Wish to help at all for that. I come here often spent a lot of money but won’t be returning, the last time I came in the order was incorrect I got chicken and shrimp but they forgot the shrimp, I’m 40 minutes away ,I went to the restaurant at around 920 pm they close at 10 I called soon as I got home and realized my shrimp was missing , the guy told me don’t worry they will replace the order next time I come in just show receipt , so I went back today and the owner said he don’t care how far a drive it was to get to the restaurant and he don’t know who told me that lie and that they can only replace the six pieces of shrimp and that I needed to bring the food back to get the order replaced even though they where closed btt I got home, well I was heated I had to pay again and they purposely gave me a little bit of food and only 4 shrimp , nasty attitude and they don’t wear gloves, the yum yum sauce cups is filled half way so you have to buy extra,I will not be...

I now remember why I don't go to quick way much anymore. Went for dinner. Got a bento box. I got the shrimp fried rice, it came with 2 dumplings, two "spring rolls", some sushi, and some veggies. Well, the only saving grace here was the shrimp and fried rice. (Still pretty basic though) But honestly I could just go to UMI sushi for fried rice that has flavor. The veggies are a joke. Seems like parts of cabbage and broccoli stalks they didn't have a use for but yet tries to sell a bento box for $13 The spring rolls barely had anything on the inside 😂 basically fried dough with like a piece of veggie or two. Also a joke... Dumplings were okay. Sushi not my fav either, cause it tastes like grocery store sushi. But shiiit, Wegmans sushi is better than that lmao.
