Absolutely horrible customer service today. Pathetic excuse to NOT deliver.
Little background information I've ordered from this location 5 times in the past 30 days. (Yes we eat a ALOT of Pizza & Subs) and not ONCE before today have they refused delivery.
Today a few minutes before 4PM I placed an order for Spaghetti & Meatballs using their online ordering service. Like most websites you enter your address and it selects the store for delivery to your address. About 50 minutes after my order was placed I get a call from a young guy telling me that they cannot deliver to me. I ask why and he explains that I'm within the "Lafayette stores radius and they can't delivery to me today".
I asked to speak with a manager who tells me the same thing and when I ask him why this was not an issue for the past 5 orders he simply says "I don't know". He tries to reassure me that I shouldn't be mad because I'm getting a "full refund" as if that was NOT going to be the case after THEY refuse to deliver?
Trash customer service, literally made up some bullshit excuse to not have to do their jobs. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

We have ordered in the past, several times, usually getting the buy one get one pizza which is always delicious; this time I thought we'd give the subs a try, I ordered a large steak, onion and cheese for my son and a large bacon cheeseburger sub for myself----- they did not disappoint! They piled on the steak and onions and were generous with the bacon on the cheeseburger sub----- the bread was perfect, sometimes the bread is almost an afterthought at sub shops, but their rolls were delicious and toasted perfectly. My grandson wanted the cheesy garlic bread which came with marinara, he said it was perfect and very cheesy! We can't wait till next Friday to get a repeat order! Why on earth would anyone get a fake sub at Subway when you can get the real deal at Sam's?! Normally I order from Spotsylvania courthouse location but today I ordered from the R.T. 3 west location. Let me tell you.... it was ridiculous. I ordered a hot sam sub and a Reuben sub for delivery. There was almost no sauce on the sams sub but I didn’t even complain about that. My grandfather complained about not tasting sauerkraut. So I THOROUGHLY look through his sub before calling and there was none. So I call and was very polite about letting them know but whoever was on the phone was very argumentative telling me there is and I told him I looked through it and he proceeds to tell me he couldn’t do anything about it there’s nothing wrong with it.
