SIP MUNCH & MORE — Restaurant in Virginia

This place has the worst customer service, On May 22, 2022 early in the morning my friends and I wanted to have breakfast before we went on our flight. After when the gentleman took our order, I told him very respectfully " Thank you SIR". After half hour he served my friends with their meal and did not bring my food. I told him were is my food and he said, I never ordered so I told him to please take me order. I waited another HALF HOUR and I still did not get served. How am I suppose to know if he doesn't like to be called SIR. WORST...

The customer service of the FEMALES employees of this place is TERRIBLE. They have no idea that they are creating a bad reputation for the restaurant just because they don't want to provide good customer service.

Very overpriced food, but some of it still good. I got the chili cheese hot dog (was very good) for $8, the Caesar salad for $14 (was awful and very dry). A friend got the pizza and said it was alright. Just get a “starter” as the prices are lower and the food is enough to satisfy.
