Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I from Montgomery County Maryland I actually came out here today to visit a friend and I love Starbucks go to Starbucks every day before we're gonna have to work and I just love this in different ones with this specific location. I happen to go in there to get a green tea lemonade, and I must say I totally love the tea by the way, however I just left no more than 20 minutes ago and I had to make sure I write a review the people in there are so polite even the customers and I wanted to personally shout out Yazid For being, so totally welcoming and nice and thank you for making my birthday so pleasant because I did have a bad day. I had to pay for emissions and other car repairs that idid not expect. He come in his Starbucks happy birthday to me and thank you again Yazid for making my day even better and welcoming me to you guys store. I will be back at this location on purpose. Also a shout out to Marissa thank you Marissa you were so cool you guys are so polite And again I will purposely drive To this location from Montgomery county just to see you guys. Thanks again...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Starbucks in Clifton for years, but sadly, the quality and attention to detail have declined significantly. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences recently that make me question whether this location still takes any pride in its service.

For example, my go-to drink—a green tea frappuccino—has been consistently prepared incorrectly. Despite always requesting it double blended and with one classic syrup, the staff repeatedly get it wrong. Even worse, the drink is often sloppily made and sometimes filled to barely 70% of the cup. Today was yet another frustrating example.

I’ve occasionally gone back to request corrections, but when you’re picking up a mobile order on the go, this back-and-forth is simply not practical. It’s unacceptable for a brand charging premium prices to deliver this level of careless service.

Frankly, I’ve had enough. Unless this store makes serious improvements, it’s time to stop giving them...

UPDATE: 9/29/22 I just had to come back to say wow this location still sucks! I reluctantly ordered from this location bc of convenience… once again, highly disappointed. I ordered a PSL and I got a blonde vanilla latte. 😐 like why? And it was during NON PEAK hours… wish I could get my money back.

Original review: I was recently reminded why I don’t come to this Starbucks location. Customer service is severely lacking and even though I make sure to order 5-7 min before the promised time to accommodate my schedule... it still takes AT LEAST 10 additional minutes to complete a simple order. And by simple I mean a pistachio latte (which was subpar- and that’s being generous!) and a cheese danish. McLean location is always super busy but I’m better served there- time wise, customer service wise and order wise. Location is convenient but that’s about it- probably will not...
