I decided to try out this one because it was very close to my house but I was left disappointed. The cashier could barely speak English so I tried to make the communication as simple as possible so she could understand while I ordered two Spicy Italians. I also took an online survey because it's stated you'll get an offer of either 2 free cookies or a fountain drink of your choice in EVERY Subway. I presented my receipt from my previous transaction to the cashier but she denied it even though I wrote down the offer code at the top of the receipt as I was directed to. She kept shaking her head and so I called for the manager but the cashier did not call the manager for the next 5 minutes and instead moved onto another customer. When the manager showed up, she and the cashier were speaking another language while looking at my previous receipt and she also denied it. Unfortunately for them, the next customer after me stood up and stated that the free offer is indeed valid in EVERY Subways and that I have the right to file a complaint if they refuse to provide the offer. They simply gave up and I walked out with two free chocolate chip cookies in my hand. I thank the customer for sticking up with me and I'm glad I stood my case instead of just walking out.    Read moreThis store has dishonest staff members. I purchased an order for a few of the "meal of the day" combos for 6.99. I even pointed it out to the employee making them for me on their sign. He then proceeds to charge me the full amount for all of the meals (which came out to an extra $9). I didn't realize it until after I swiped my card (and gave a tip off of that amount). The store manager got involved when the cashier wasn't able to fix the transaction. The store manager was not only rude, but also told me that he wasn't able to fix and adjust the payment to the correct amount either. He then told me to just call corporate, which I did, only to find out that Subway does not even have any live agents to take calls at their corporate office. They just refer you to their website to fill out a complaint which does absolutely NOTHING. I'd definitely stay away from this...

I sent my kids in there to buy food worth of 36 dollars, she took thier money and gave them half of the order, with a 2 dollar 82 cents change and an 18.56 dollar receipt. My kids are 11 and 12 years old that trusted the lady to give them thier correct order. I went in there and she denied my kids right there In my face. My son said they paid her in two installments because she said she didnt have meatballs and later said she have. So the first order they paid for was not accounted for. When you add the change she gave my kids and the receipt, we have more than 20 dollars, she kept on saying my kids only gave her. So does it mean she is giving us more change than we ought to get.
