This store is so rude , unprofessional and horrible customer services . It’s near at my house and I stop by afternoon 3/13/2025 around 5 :09 pm after my long 2 days training including 6 hours total drive. I exhausted and I didn’t feel well and I want order myself the second Hot tea( Medicine Ball) of the day at the store Richmond and Old Town Road drive thru window. After ordered my hot tea and I am asking for if impossible they can remake my another drink I was ordered in the morning same time with my first hot tea ( I have hot tea and Brown Sugar oak milk shaken espresso as usual every day) I didn’t know because I don’t feel well today or coffee taste different today , I didn’t drink my coffee and kept let sitting in the car for all day. and the coffee not taste good anymore . When they asked me how the coffee taste and I said was not good and i didn’t drink and let they sit there for all day. And she said No to me , they don’t remake me my coffee drink because I left them sit at the car , I just don’t want to talking or said anything more and I sad it okay. When I come to the window I hold my coffee drink and showing her my full coffee drink and my empty first tea when I was ordering the same time with the tea and it’s was full of drink because I didn’t even drink the coffee The worker Africa American female service at driver thru window laugh at me and shaken her head and spoke on her headphones with worker that “She don’t want to touch it “ in front of me. I think there is something wrong about the communication there, I didn’t want give her my drink , I just want to show her how truly honest and loyal I was to tell her about my 2 drinks and the proof shower her I have 2 drinks was ordered same time in the morning. And unfortunately they give me with the unrespect and rude terrible service . People come in to the store and enjoy the coffee plus they want to see how satisfied with your care and service to the customer. Communication and how you respond actions with customer satisfaction is key. Customers are putting their money and effort into your store business every day and they receive a laugh out of their face and rude attitude towards of it at the end and it horrible sad and unprofessional behavior in front of the customers. Read moreHere's what I sent to SB customer service today: I placed a mobile order at your store located at 5541 Richmond Rd Suite A Williamsburg, VA 23188 and showed up this morning to find it closed with a notice on the door "closed because of the weather." First, will you refund my order? Second, there is no weather here. It's not even raining. Hurricane Florence hasn't even come close to causing severe weather here. I ended up going to another location down the street that was open. I believe you were misled by whomever is in charge of this store. I visited this store a few days ago on 9/12 to find the person in charge and a barista completely unprepared. I had to ask them for 1/2 & 1/2, which they offered to hand pour into my cup with a gallon jug 🙄. I asked them to put it in a cup so I could mix my own. Then I had to ask for Sweet N Low. After searching high and low the barista had to ask the person in charge, who went to the back to get the large cardboard box. About 5 minutes later they handed me my Sweet N Low. Read moreToday I had an awful experience. I pulled to the drive through at 6:44am. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. I asked for the caramel to be at the bottom of the cup rather than the sides. When I got to the window, the young lady with the beige hat was very rude. She said $4.76 and here’s your straw. No good morning or anything. I let that slide bc maybe she wasn’t a morning person. She gave me my Frappuccino and there was no caramel at the bottom of the cup. It was around the sides. I ask for caramel at the bottom of the cup bc who can taste the extra caramel stuck to the sides. After all I paid for extra caramel. I let the lady know and she closed the window on me. How rude! Luckily I had to get to work bc I would have gave her a piece of my mind. I don’t want a refund. However, I suggest management get this person from the window.
