GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I came in two hours before my "law school prom" and needed a formal dress that matched the theme and fast. They asked for my budget, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and found me BEAUTIFUL and FLATTERING gowns at the drop of a hat. ALL dresses were under my budget! I was shocked at the beauty of each dress and how each one they picked fit me like a glove. My fiance said that picking a dress was like picking a favorite child! The dress I picked had a small tear on the back, and it was sewn shut in minutes at the register. The dress got compliments all night, and people were shocked that I was able to pull it out hours before the event- impossible without Fifteen Wishes. My Daughter found the most beautiful Prom dress in the beginning of February when the store was called Elegant on the other side of the prime outlets. They ordered her size and it came within a week as and was brought back and sent for alteration on march 19th, so the store is quick and efficient. Karina, the Dress consultant, will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and made this whole experience amazing from when we first picked the dress on February 1st to when we picked it up this week finally. Only suggestion I would have if you are in a time constraint, I would find your own seamstress instead of using the "in house" one 2 cities away. I stopped by this store to find a formal dress for a gala. I was a little nervous because I was having no luck at every other store I stopped at. Walking into this store was a breath of fresh air. Karina greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me a few questions to point me in the right direction. They have so many affordable options. I found an amazing dress for my event. Then, I told EVERYONE about this wonderful store. I know for any future dress needs, this will be my only stop.
