Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Front end person was a little dry and cold. I got a steak with bacon breakfast on flatbread but it was heated up for like 10secs, and it the bacon was obviously gooey still. Not crispy and the steak was thin and cold. It was pretty much a mayonnaise lettuce and tomato flatbread sandwich. Which I'm pretty sure that's the Subway motto. I asked if they have coffee and she said yes but then asked the other worker if they had made coffee so I just told her to skip it. I was already getting the vibe that the coffee was going to be lousy..I think I'm done with Subway sandwiches for now. I'm looking for what the pictures look like but I don't think I'm ever going...

I am not the type of person to walk into a restaurant at two minutes before closing and demand service, but I went to the subway 20 minutes before closing after driving all day and just wanted a hot sandwich, other than the normal fast food. Walked up the counter and was told they're closed.I told him that I checked on the Internet and they said 10 o'clock and he said Yep we're kind of slow so we closed early. Employee was not kind about it either, just dismissed me and kept cleaning. If this is the type of service you normally give while you are open I can see why you were not busy. Won't be coming back to...

I just left from out of this location. I have to say good job. The young lady that took my order and made my sub, was very polite and attentive. This is a big difference from the experience that I have been getting from subways lately. The location on tidewater dr and the one on military hey in Norfolk could really learn something from this young lady. But I wish I knew her name. Because I would fully give her the recognition that she deserves. But I slight description she has a few different nose rings ,short, with long hair. ...
