If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My brother in law went in to pick up his mobile order. Upon arriving, he showed the screenshots of the order # and order info. The guy who we believe is the franchise owner starts yelling saying that he needs proof of a bank statement that he paid for this order. Why should he have to show his personal bank statements to a random guy in Subway for a $10 transaction? My brother in law got upset stating to just search up the order # and it should be under my sister's name. The owner refused and started accusing him of "wanting a free sandwich" and making accusations and statements such as "I bet if you show me your account there would be no charge on it" it was literally 15 minutes of this going on back and forth. My brother had to intervene for them to finally make the sandwich. The younger Hispanic lady who works for him was also being an instigator as well. Very unprofessional and rude. The quality of this subway has gone down hill for a while but after this experience we will never be returning. These people just want to cut corners and rob you of every penny they possibly can while accusing you of stealing. Absolutely...

The moment I stood there to order, one of the staff members said, "Why are you taking pictures? Why do you have your phone?" (That was my greeting in this store.) I told her I took pictures of the menu, and she said that's not allowed there. I told her I leave google reviews and use pictures for google reviews. She told me to put away my phone and was starting to get aggresive so I took more pictures, this time of that said staff. I don't know what else this staff member was capable of doing. This is the first place where staff has told me this. She didn't say all this politely; she was very rude and unprofessional. My kids were surprised by this experience as well. Other staff were there but were quiet. I saw her taking a picture of me and my family when we were dining.
I do not recommend this location to anyone. Go somewhere else. The staff needs to learn some basic customer service skills. I should have read the comments...
Read moreI felt very uncomfortable here-which is a shame because the food was not bad. I will not be back. When I walked in, the lady behind the counter eyeballed me like I was going to rob the place. She never even spoke until I said hello first. The lady closest to me, stocking the chips, continued what she was doing and kept her back to me. Other than the three of us, The restaurant was completely empty. The service was delivered as if the attendant was extremely tired. And finally, as I was trying to pay, I couldn't find the tap icon. The woman behind the counter told me," are you going to tip?" I looked at the screen and tapped on 10%. That's when the tap icon appeared. The woman seemed, and displayed visible distress at the 10% tip. She was going to get nothing! At that point I wished that I could take the tip back! No one thanked me for my business or even said have a nice day. Low class...
