1 star for store manager 5 stars for employees 3 star overall This Costco location is implementing policing rules for members giving extremely silly explanations. I have been shopping other Costco locations in Northern Virginia and only Costco Manassas checking on members. Costco Manassas management is putting their employees in unpleasant situations and customers as well. Do not try to talk to local management and regional manager, they will tell you nice words, promise they will follow up, and this will never happen, don't waste your time. Love this place. It is a bar with eats and board games. No loud TVs and people were enjoying themselves. There were thousands of board games, including some from my childhood (I'm 56) and which have not been in circulation in 30 years. I also love that all ages were there... Teens, young adults with children (they even have preschool games), middle-aged and even seniors. I hope, hope, hope this place stays in business.
