Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I would not eat at this subway again I end up having to leave because the service was so bad. Is it ready? Is my car ready to walk out there because she didn’t have the pizza listed on the menu and then she add her own prices she wanted to charge me 50 Cent for cheese and I was like .I had the misfortune of going into the store. They have none of their other items listed that they sell like their pizza and things that nature the manager in there was extremely hostile. She didn’t engage. She didn’t say hi welcome to Subway. She was just absolutely rude when the server was making sandwiches, she proceeded to start dumping out bread, trays, and getting in his line of path of making what it was I required. I ordered a pizza even though they didn’t have the price or the pizza listed on the actual menu, it was not listed anywhere in the restaurant.. I would...

I like Subways. I eat at various lications all the time. They are usually consistent in quality and price. The wildcard is the staff. In this store today, the guy who made my sandwiches was so preoccupied that he asked if they were to be toasted three times and then had problems preparing them at the same time. I know this does not sound like much but the overall vibe of his attitude and another employee who was moving chairs very loudly was both confusion and not caring. I watched each topping that was put on just to make sure the preparer was grabbing lettuce when i said lettuce.

All in all i will go back to Subway. Nothing has been so bad as to keep me from being a customer, but this store may need some personal attention...

I came here once, ordered to go, and was automatically charged a "gratuity fee". Didn't realize this before I left, as I was in a hurry, so I couldn't even say anything! Ridiculous. The food wasn't even that good, and is already over-priced. I didn't eat in, and the service wasn't even good at all!!!

In fact, the staff was slightly rude. So...what was I charged gratuity for?! I am definitely not satisfied with my service or grateful for it, and will definitely not be coming back here again. I'd rather drive out of my way to get Wawa, as their sandwiches cost less and are...
