I made an order for a platter of 4 dozen sugar cookies on July 3rd 2013. I was told to pay when I pick up at 10 A.M. on the 4th of July. I drove 45 minutes to this location because it was the closest one that sold sugar cookie. I arrived at 10:10am and they had no record of my order. The cashier called someone and they said they forget to tell her. She asked if I could wait 15 min I said yes. About 20 minutes later I asked how long it would be and I was told 5 minutes. 15 - 20 more min later no cookies. The manager never helped the young lady working there. He walked around outside in the parking lot, went to the store, and then just sat down at a table while the young lady struggled to get my order together and help other customers. Did I forget to mention I observed the manager digging in his nose and didn't wash his hands while he was standing behind the counter. After 45 minutes I explained that I didn't feel as though I should pay full price because they messed up my order for an event that I was late to because of their tardiness and failure to put my order in the system. The young lady called someone on the phone and whomever it was, was very rude and disrespectful. The person on the phone did not try to hear my story only told me that she would not discount my order and that the most she could do is give me 3 or 4 extra cookies and that is unacceptable. When I tried to explain what happened the lady on the phone got disrespectful and told me "Who the Hell do you think your talking to". Not once did I curse or swear at them. I was upset about my order and she did not act professional. She would not give me her name, nor would the worker and manager there and they would not give me the corporate number. She then hung up the phone and I had no choice to pay full price for my order and that is not acceptable at all. I was not treated wit customer care and nor was I heard. I don't believe this is the type of establishment and company service that the Subway Corporation built its company on. And I need something to be done about this. Pleas contact me ASAP. Read moreFirstly, no one was greeted when entering the door. The packer did not look happy or like she liked her job. All staff should keep in mind that even if you dont like your job try and make the best of it at least by acting like you like it. Nobody wants to come into a store where they feel like a burden or like we are making your day worse just by stepping in the door lol. I actually could have made this very same sandwhich at home, like others, for much cheaper however decided to go and see some smiling faces! I guess you could say i come for the experience. Also the customers are the ones who make sure you have a job at the end of the day. You can't deliver good customer service if you act like you don't like your job. Secondly, I heard the use of the word "cabrona," which I know is not a word that should be used at work especially IN FRONT of customers. She was very unprofessional and when I told her will send a complain , she said ok to do and she didn't care about. Also, my wife was with stomach issues all night.
