Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

What else do you come to Taco Bell for if it doesn't include, at least, one empanada? Anywho, I came. Got my food. Had to ask for my drink; only to be told to pull around and wait for my empanada. I know, I know - I could've acted as an adult, considered my time, and just said no big deal. However, I'm a merely a mortal and I chose to wait (because, who doesn't embody patience for a caramel apple empanada?). After getting through my meal in the parking lot, I came to terms with the fact that they forgot about my empanada and I was gently reminded by God that I, apparently, did not need that empanada.

...but I'm agnostic and rolled the dice, strolled my poorly dressed, bummish-self inside, and reminded them they had forgot to redeem my long awaited immaculate empanada.

The real question: was it worth it? I'd be lying if I said no. Having said that, this definitely shouldn't be the standard. Not when you're serving caramel apple...

This location is substandard even for fast food. Walk in the door, three people at one table, so it's not busy. More than half the tables are dirty. Shredded cheese and lettuce, bits of beef and food crumbs on tables and chairs and the floor. Place my order, I'm told the dining area soda machine is not working. I get my food and its warm, not hot. Lazy management is to blame.

UPDATE: 12-16-2018 Following another visit to this location, things have not improved. Dirty floors, dirty tables, walls show signs of water damage. This location is more expensive than the other Taco Bell locations in the same city, yet the restaurant can't seem to take care of basics. Almost empty dining room,...

Went around 10:30pm in the drive thru.line was taking a while but no worries I get it. Taking my order seemed difficult even though I just wanted two of the chalupa meals one with a soft taco and one with a hard taco. They seemed flustered and in a rush to shut down but ummm aren't you open late? Whatever that's fine get the food get home now and pull out 2 chalupas total even though each meal seemed to come with 2 each. Also 3 hard tacos and 1 soft taco. Oh and the chalupas were supposed to be beef. They're not though, they're chicken. Doesn't seem like all that big deal but I'm not spending money to get what you feel like you can get away with bagging and giving to me cuss...
