Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

The family decided they wanted a quick late evening snack. The total order for everyone visiting consisted of the following: 3 soft tacos, 4 Doritos Locos Tacos, a chicken quesadilla, 2 nacho chips with cheese. So you're probably asking what the problem is. The problem is that the lettuce was brown and wilted on the food, no cheese came with the nachos, and we were provided with not one, not two, but 31 packs of taco sauce. Yes, I said it correct. There were 31 packs of taco sauce. Were the 31 packs of taco sauce supposed to replace the cheese that comes with the nachos? Or were the 31 packs of taco sauce supposed to make us overlook that brown, wilted lettuce? Evidently, this is some sick joke by someone that didn't want to work and/or doesn't care about their job. Furthermore, I called the phone number on the receipt and the phone rang for several minutes and NO ONE even answered. If you don't like your job and don't want to be there, then look for a job that you want to be at and/or like. To be provided this substandard food is ridiculous to say the least. We should be refunded our money in addition to someone replacing this order at no cost to us. Hopefully, someone from corporate or a local district manager will see this and make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Surely, there's no way you can pass your inspection with the local health department. For us, this was money thrown away. Lastnight was embarrassing for the employees as they did not greet me and my children as we walked into the store, although they saw us(there was no one in line and 1 table full of people with their food, so there was no excuse) My children and I went to the bathroom to our surprise it was disgusting, there was a trashcan that you use your foot to open and people were putting toilet paper with poop on top. Once we got into the dining area again no one said anything my children and I stood at the counter for 5 mins or so until my niece saw the kiosk. Once our order was put it(I ordered 6 mild sauces) I was givin my food with no sauce. I overhead an employee frantically asking for sauce for the driveway I had just filled my drink up and was leaving as I noticed I didn't have sauce so they were not planning to tell me they didn't have the sauce, an employee checked and confirmed they were completely out. I ordered 3 small waters and a medium drink, they had the drink carriers in the driveway and didn't give me one, this woman brought them out sat them on the counter when I asked for one the driveway didn't know where they were. I noticed the bottom of my bag was wet and the wrappers inside protecting my food was damp by then my husband had lefty fault for not checking) my food was not hot, and the food was Slopoly placed in the wrapper. The food was gross and I regret getting those items and was not able to enjoy and eat my dinner due to the taste as it tasted...

I honestly hate to give places one star reviews. I don’t like commenting on customer service, I worked in it and I work in food and I know what its like. But somehow I have never, in all the times Ive lived in this area, gotten a single order right at this location. Wrong delivery items, wrong items inside. At one point they ran out of beef and shredded cheese but refused to give me my veggie burrito or nacho fries. They ran out of the Baja Blast flavor I ordered and instead of giving me a refund just gave me a different flavor. I was sent the an entirely wrong order over delivery and was given an entirely wrong order at the drive thru. Both mixups happened when it was me and probably 5 other people waiting for food.

It’s gotten to a point where I don’t even know why I bother trying. I think part of it is that the interior is still the old design instead of the dreadful minimalist grey and purple that the new buildings have. It’s worth coming in just to sit down on a sticky seat and remember...
