Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

First, let me say I'm pretty generous with my reviews. I have quite a few good ones, very little bad ones, so when I post a bad review, believe me, they deserve it. So that being said, I went to Wendy to get my kids the new sponge bob krabby patty meals, so I asked the young lady if they were available and she said no so I said can you check and she said yes we do so I said ok ill take it so she asked me what is your drink now the meal comes with a signature pineapple drink so I said the pineapple drink it comes with she said ok then she said oh we don't have the pineapple drink so I said ok then she said we don't have the krabby patty so at this point I was getting upset but I kept my cool so I told her it's ok just make the meal with a double bacon cheeseburger she said ok pull up to the window so I did as I get up to the window I told her please read me my order back to me all was good but I didn't order fries.. I was like I told you forget the krabby patty and substitute it with a bacon double cheeseburger she's like I didn't take your order so I don't know what your talking about I was about to jump though the drive up window when my wife stopped me and told her please add fries thank you and deescalate the situation but the drive through lady was about to take off her hoop earrings till my wife stepped in the way... so that's my review Ps don't order off the menu anywhere because the stupid people these fast food places hire don't know what to do thank you for reading...

At exactly 8:05 p.m., 27 Oct 24, there were two male individuals wearing hoodies and hands in their pockets passing back and forth in front of the store. Needless to say, looking suspicious was an understatement. I don’t scare easily, but in this occasion, I felt very uncomfortable and had to prepare for a quick lock and load … Long story short. I made it inside of the store and immediately told a male employee about it and both him and the cashier said nothing and rather looked at me like I was crazy or something. Obviously, I wasn’t expecting them to go and check themselves, but at least look concerned and perhaps say something like, “I’ll report them” or something. Nope. Nada. Cashier looked at me looking crazy herself. I had just driven 7 straight hours and was hungry so whatever. I ordered and left. I wasn’t greeted nor thanked for my order. It seems like common courtesy does not exist anymore. I left the store with my bag of food and ready 💥 I got in my car and when backing up, I saw them walking from the back right to the front door. Many years ago I worked at a Wendy's and know the food can be really good. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in Woodbridge for a number of years due to the poor quality of food I always had received, but tried again to see if it had improved. I arrived on a Wednesday at about 11:45am. There was nobody in line and I walked up to the register and there was no one standing there. After about a minute an older lady came to the register and just stood and starred at me without saying a word, which is a rude way to greet a customer. I gave her my order told her it was dine in, but she didn't really listen to me and put the food a bag anyway. I had a single cheeseburger, fries, and frosty combo. The fries tasted a little better than they looked. The cheeseburger was average for what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant but the patty was dried out and the bun was cold. The frosty was the highlight and is very good, but I don't expect to go there again any time soon unless I...
