Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE, Dirty Restaurant. 1 Toilet in men's room, the urinal is basically overflowing, they had almost NO drinks in the machine (but they had some in the back ?) , 8 customers in line, the cashier walked away after taking 1 customers order. Took 10 minutes to place our order (we were behind the customer she took the order and walked away). While waiting to place the order, there's trash on tables, floors, overfull trashcan. There's a spray bottle full of cleaning chemicals in the eating area within accessible reach of children and nobody even cared... The manager lady came to the register when we were waiting to place an order, looking at reciepts that she printed out and literally looked at the 8 people in line and didn't say a single thing, then walked away.... HORRIBLE STAFF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this store. Better off going across the street to Chic-Fil-A or the Gas station at the light to RECIEVE better attention, service...

The food was great, as always. But I wanted to comment about the service. I was greeted with smiles and "hello! how are y'all today!" I was with my 9 year daughter. Even the woman on break smiled and said hello.

Ms. Cynthia took and prepared our order and she did it with promptness, thoroughness and a smile. She was kind to us. My daughter commented that she reminded her of her teacher Ms. Cynthia.

Another young man also greeted us warmly. I didn't catch his name tag, but he had sleeves just like me.

The manager then came out as the flow of orders seemed to pick up and.... He stopped, said hello and asked us if everything was OK and if we had been taken care of.

It may seem a small thing. But nowadays it's a rarity. And I appreciated it. The manager stopping in mid task to make sure we were good was professional dedication.

Terrible was in drive thru I pass 3 other Wendy's to go there because if nice cashier and food. The male in the background was fussing with co worker with my cup chili was not covered and he took forever to give to cashier when he did I told the. I didn't want it and he got mad and told me to pull to the side I told him I would wait there because I was holding the line which was his fault, when I told I won't he told cashier to give me my money back. I was extremely hungry and pulled to the side 2 other cars pass me from drive thru while waiting he brought out the chili with extra but I didn't eat it I didn't feel it wasn't safe. When I ask for my hamburger he didn't have it so I had to wait again. He was very rude . I will never go back there. He had only done his job without yapping all of this could have been avoided I used to...
