Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered breakfast this morning at this Wendy’s location and usually all I ever get is the burgers at lunch time or dinner. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit sandwich with the potato skins and a drink so the combo. They gave me bacon on my sandwich and the potato skins were cold. I was running off of like 2 hrs of sleep and just wanted a decent meal. Which it was embarrassing I couldn’t even think to say “sausage” lol because I was so tired. I definitely did order sausage sandwich though because I had the menu in-front of me. I told the manager I just wanted a refund and he said they don’t do refunds in house? I don’t understand that policy. I will not order food from Wendy’s again. If my food is wrong and cold I am entitled to get my money back not have to have it mailed to me lol. The manager wasn’t rude or anything and he responded in an appropriate tone and offered me fresh food and the right sandwich which I reluctantly took as I just wanted to go somewhere else or maybe come back for dinner because the breakfast is yucky. The biscuit is tiny and it honestly even fresh after the lady made it just tasted like a breakfast sandwich you would pick up at a run down gas station. I love Wendy’s burgers but breakfast I won’t eat again and now they lost a customer because I wasn’t entitled to my refund. I even said that I would pay for my drink I just didn’t want the food. Although the manager was polite and professional the staff upfront was obviously not happy to be there. It was 2 younger kids an African American girl and a guy with blonde hair at the drive thru. I get it I worked fast food for years but don’t let me stand at the counter while holding my sandwich with a bite taken out and basically roll your eyes at me as you still don’t even greet me …. She just waited for me to say something. I wasn’t rude in anyway I get mistakes happen but I just wanted my money back. Wendy’s needs to upgrade their breakfast items for sure… I read another lady’s review about the breakfast. Oh one last thing the kids were whispering to each other as if I didn’t see them lol. Shenanigans at this location, do not go. I placed my order at the drive thru, double baconator combo, and drove up to the window. I asked how much, was told $11 and some change, gave the cashier $20 and the exact change and got my order. When she came back with my change she handed me $2 and some change and another bag with a cheeseburger that I did not order. I told her I did not order that and she asked if I wanted another menu item. I told her I just wanted my money but she claimed they were not able to give refunds. She asked for my name and number so the manager could contact me about a refund. I said I was not comfortable giving my information and asked for the manager's number. The supervisor comes to the window and says she can't give out the manager's number. I tell her that is unacceptable and let her know I will park and give her time to get this sorted out. I park my car and she immediately calls the police on me!! I get tired of waiting and go back around through the drive thru, at which point the sheriff's deputies arrive. They manage to get a number for me to call but I just lodged a complaint directly with corporate. I still have not heard anything back. Do not go here, they will...

This morning about 9:30 I used the drive thru. I did not received a receipt.the server gave an handful of creams in my hand which was not enough for two people and did the same for the sugar, giving a small amt for two people. The sugar and cream was handed thru the window hand to hand contact. McDonald's use a bag to hand off their supply of sugar and creams etc and so do Sonic. Then she closed the window smirking at me when I tried to catch her attentio and a few others and someone else gave more sugars.when I put my order in ai did mention 12 sugars and 3 creams For the first order and 6sugars and 4 creams for the second order. This not the first time I had a problem with breakfast ordering, I did not realize until I drove off and halfway home no coffee lid on the coffee cup and that is why I received 2 straws.
