Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I was very hungry last night, so I got up and went to Wendy's for the first time in year. The lady at the drive-thru was so rude, that I was about to cancel my order and look for somewhere else to eat. I told simply told that I did not want any Mayo on my sandwich and she closed the the window in my face and I heard her mocking me. "He said he hope that there is no mayo on his sandwich!" while she talked to the cook and co-worker. She was a black lady. There was a white lady sweeping the floor and a young black man who was the cook. I felt so disrespected, that I am talking time to write this review. People like this doesn't appreciate thier job, shouldn't even have a job. She purposely didn't give me a straw for my drink and act very irritated when I asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce. Please put this lady in training and teach her customer service skills. This type of experience makes me not want to spend my money tgere and tell my friends and family to stay away from that particular locations. Hope someone reads this and forward this to the franchise owner. I wish I can get my money back, because they gave me a cold sandwich. The cheese wasn't even melted. Wasted time and money. This occurrence happened after 11pm on 11/18/2023....

If I could give No Stars I would. Just left this location and a higher manager TOM popped up and everyone lost it. Deonte was somewhat pleasant. The employees attitudes were outright DISGUSTING & DISRESPECTFUL. All I asked for what hot food, considering I went the night before and spent 44$ on 4 combos & lemonades, just to have cold food. Didn’t get a receipt because I was told the machine was down. Got home and was missing a sandwich & nugget. Called and a female hung up and they never answered again. This store was one of THEE BEST LOCATIONS a few years ago. Today I spent 33.45 and requested my food fresh. Part of it was. The nuggets were warm but were tough like they were left out OLD. I calmly took them from the bag and asked for fresh nuggets. The young lady in the back with her hair hanging to the floor TO MATCH THE MILLION FRIES & NUGGETS got super smart, so I said I can just get a refund. The manager Kianna was dressed in jeans and striped tee like she wasn’t apart of the team was agitated because I asked for her name and TOM’s. My refund receipt says 31.43 which is weird because that’s not what I PAID. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRR RETURN...

This was the worst visit ever. I waited in the drive thru nearly 20 minutes, finally got to order, and then the shim (yes i said shim)that took my order was apparently mad at the previous customer and took it out on me. Just rude and nasty as she/He wanted to be. The poorest customer service I have ever had at a Wendy's. Then to top it off. I finally get my food and it was shoved out the window at me, her/his hand was all over the top of my cup (nasty) and if the French fries got any colder, they would have been frozen. I looked through the window, nobody had on any hair nets and some with no gloves. By the way, as I pulled from the window, I stopped to check my order and the manager was next door at 7-11 smoking and chatting with someone in the parking lot. Came over and yelled to the shim at the window. WHY IS THIS CAR SITTING HERE. mind you, never once asked me,was everything ok. Just went yelling from the parking to the inside of the store. I felt like I had just pulled into ghettoville. Awful experience. No more late nights at that Wendy's for me. I only put one star for the ratings, because it wouldn't let me post with no...
