I went to this location at 5 pm during the day. It did not have any signs stating that it was closed in the drive through. I pulled into the drive through and was waiting behind 2 other cars who were waiting a very long time. I couldnât tell if they ordered or not. Once they pulled away after about 15 min of waiting I pulled up to order. No one said hello or said anything. I said âhello, helloâ with no answer. I did see several children walking in and out of the back towards the dumpster area. This must have been break time for the entire work force that was there. As they walked by me no one said âhey we are closed, or hey we canât take your orderâ. I was so confused, I never did get my order taken. There was a car behind me and I could tell they were very impatient as well so I drove off after waiting about 5-10 min with no answer from the order station. As I drove around to leave I could see the drive through window open.
Not sure if I was singled out and they just didnât want to take my order? Or itâs because the children were left in charge for the weekend and just didnât feel like working at that moment. So strange and I can honestly say I have never experienced this.    Read moreIf I could give minus stars, I would! Although the employee that took my order was wonderful, we even tipped her, she was so nice. The managers (one of them was Charity), of all ppl, were the employees that made negative stars a want! We placed an order came out $82 and change, which included a 20pc fingers. We got home, realizing they only gave 12 pcs. I called that night, hoping to leave a msg because I knew I would be busy the next day. I called today, spoke to Charity, she gave no aplolgy and didn't even want to give me the rest of my order! I had to continue giving her the reasons I didn't call yesterday, I had a receipt number, if necessary, time on receipt (9:51pm), I did call that night, I was busy yesterday with my daughter visiting and my son's birthday party etc... We live 45 minutes away, picked up my daughter from airport. This was the only restaurant still open and willing to take a huge order so this Zaxbys it was... Offering no apology for their incompetence, she said I could drive 45 minutes and pick 8 fingers. Nobody really expects compensation but no apology and rudeness to boot with imcomplete order, had me asking. Charity's sarcastic NO, no apology and maintaining rudeness throughout the call, put a very, very sour taste in my mouth. No customer service skills required for that job.    Read moreI did have bad first visit when they 1st opened (see below) but I gave it another try 2 months later in the DRIVE THRU. This time they were curteous, quick, & order was correct. Food good. Happy 2nd visit. ADDED A STAR. KEEP IT UP WILL RETURN W/MORE STARS. _________________first visit Google Timeline had my TAKEOUT visit @ 23 mins! Place is BRAND NEW & having trouble. We were 3rd in line. The 2 orders in front of us took forever. I looked back & line grew to the front door! By time we ordered, some left. A couple entered w/an order from drive-thru that was wrong. While we waited for our order, they waited just as long to get order remade. A worker told other customers to be patient w/ them. It was a whole new team working Zaxby's for 3 days. I checked the order in the car & they forgot the sauce packet I was charged for, as well as sauce for cheddar bites. When I returned to get them, she apologized & said she 4got to tell me they were OUT of marinara & gave me 2 sauces. We were disappointed yet again when we got home to eat! My husband's order was WRONG. I had opened the sandwich on MY order & assumed the 2nd was my husband's. Instead, it was a copy of MY order. He ate it & it was good food.
