Never again. Im a local and this is on the main strip for downtown. We decided to go on a whim to give it a shot. We got in at 6pm, they close at 9pm, but they were turning tables and serving food like they closed in 30. We got sat and were asked for drinks, we just did water, 20 minutes passed no chips or Salsa and our server avoiding the table. I had to stand up and chase down the hostess to ask for chips and salsa and then she said "I forgot to tell you, were out of chips and salsa". Your a Mexican restaurant. You serve chips and salsa 7 days a week and the ppl next to us had them. What ever. That's a minor offense compared to the food we received. We ate our food, paid and left because I refuse to complain to a poor worker and ruin thier Night BUT please listen to me when I tell you each dinner plate was $15.99 and not only is that all you receive, it was BLAND. Yes, you heard me. The beef in the DRY enchiladas tasted like boiled beef with absolutely no spices. The chicken chile Verde, beans and rice needed to be salted and I ended up asking for extra enchilada sauce and using some of my husband sauce on my food it was that bland. The beans were watery and tasted like nothing, the rice was basically white rice tossed with some seasoning. To top it all off my food was cold. Not super cold but enough to notice and I almost asked if they had a microwave. IM WHITE and make better Mexican food than this joint. Please save your money and go down the street to valascos or eltrasco. Not only will service be more personal, the food will actually be seasoned and taste better. I'm really not upset at the service, it was mediocre but maybe it was a bad night, but the food was a sad excuse for a Mexican restaurant especially since there are so many other good Mexican joints in visalia to...

For the four(5) summer birthdays we went to Colinas on hwy 198 and Linwood by Roller town The service was awfully!!! It was miserably hot in August and we finally had to search out our groups of wRiters or wAitress( everyone was doing one thing here someone else a different thing) to get refills. Only once. Then one person bit into a rock in her burrito which wasn't very good anyways. The gave another but it wasn't good. My sister and I had enchiladas. Dry. No cheese on top but a very few crumbles of that Mexican cheese. None at all inside. We were both like what!!! ?? Where's the cheese. We brought a sheet cake from Costco..the servers were all standing around talking. She put rates down and left. Like she's not busy so why not serve us cake. Our Bill altogethervwith beers and LG party was in hundreds. Now the kicker is they added a 15% tip they didn't deserve. I called i think later. They had a could care less attitude so this is their gift from us No wonder you're not busy If I can get the pic of the rock from daughter's camera I'll load it up. They lost a lot of future business that day as well as we tell.people how bad it is. Offering us a gift certificate for a couple dinners or and an apology would take...

Hi Miguel,

I wanted to share some feedback about our recent visit to your restaurant. First off, I have to say that the ambiance and concept of the place are truly great – it’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a warm and welcoming space. We were really excited to try a local spot here in Visalia on a Sunday afternoon with family.

We were greeted at the door by a kind young woman, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the service took a sharp turn after that. Our order was taken by someone named Pancho, whose attitude was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. It was disheartening to experience such pessimistic and unwelcoming service – especially when there was no reason for it. I was simply asking my mom what she wanted to drink, and Pancho responded in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

It’s truly disappointing because I would have loved to enjoy the full experience your restaurant has to offer. With such a great atmosphere and vision behind it, it’s a shame that the service didn’t reflect that same care and quality.

I hope this feedback is helpful, and I sincerely wish you continued success with your...

On a Friday night out in Visalia. This place was on my radar. There were a few people who where in the restaurant and seating was limited. Once made my friend came in we're quickly greeted. Warm chips and salsa were brought to the table. The salsa had the right amount of heat, which was a very pleasant surprise. For my drink, I ordered a cadillac margarita, which was well made on the strong side. The menu had many classic takes on Mexican dishes before my meal. I settled with the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. My dish came out quickly and the cheese was still bubbling. The dish came with sour cream, salsa along with beans and rice. The flavors were real authentic. And I definitely would love to go there again to try other items on their menu.

This review was meant to be uploaded on March 2019 this year. This place was not good at all we had mixed beef/chicken fajitas that came out Luke warm and tasted like a stew overly loaded with broth. Tortillas tasted like soap as if someone accidentally put dish soap in the masa. We only came here because my mothers/fathers family is from Colima Mexico and the food there is super delicious and not disappointing like this restaurant we sat in a we felt kinda grossed out after eating half of our food and just simply tossed the rest away. 2 stars for food presentation on plated but tasted gross! If you want something better then this mexican joint just walk further down to Maxis Raspados now that place is some authentic mexican street food.

Great atmosphere. Food is absolutely wonderful. Had the Parrillada it was delicious. Staff is very attentive, the waiter must have checked on us no less than five times even before they brought the check. Restaurant is very clean, including the tables, floors and even restrooms. You can also eat outside in front of that is more to your liking.
