My husband and I ate here Saturday night for dinner. We both ordered a couple of beers. To our dismay we paid for a half filled glasses... When we asked the waitress, she replied with “well that’s what happens when you asked for salt on the rim.” With attitude and all, never trying to fix it and walked away. So take heed and don’t ask for salt on the rim, or maybe they just need to know how to pour a beer. HA! As we waited for our food we asked for a second basket of chips from another waitress, only to be told, “if I bring you a second one, there will be a charge.” My husband told her forget it. When a waiter came around with our food, I asked him about the chips, he told us, “ I can bring you more chips, no problem. It depends on the waitress.” Sure enough he was more pleasant maybe those waitresses need to take pointers from him and be more on the same page, when it come to the charge of chips. Were they busy? NO. Were they short handed? NO. Food was pricey and the service could have been handled better. Just so sad and disappointed, we have eaten here many times with no issues or ATTITUDES. It was a huge fail. Will we return? Probably NOT.

El Tarasco Mexican Restaurant, Friday night me & my daughter came here for a late night dinner around 9 something & we got seated after about 10 minutes or so & our server she took our order & we got our appitzers first Taquitos half chicken & half streak with guacamole & sour cream & red chili salsa which was good but the chicken is very dried! & I made the mistake of ordering 2 crispy tacos of "Chicken" again very dried & not very good at all but the beans & rice was very delicious & the salad had some pieces with brown on it must of been (old salad) & my daughter got a sope carnitas & again a "Chicken" enchilada as she also does every time but not remembering how dried out the "Chicken" is so we both had to smother them all with salas & sour cream & whatever else that would help!!! So on top of that our server never really came back by but once & asked how was we doing as she kept on going pass & I had to ask the manager or whoever the guy was walking around to please refill my daughter diet Coke or Pepsi! So all in all some of the food was good but not our server. ⭐⭐⭐'s only & a Note: first time with the chicken & the very last time!

The dipping sauce is not spicy almost taste like the canned sauces. Not my favorite but not the worst. Beans not salty or bitter. Their rice was a bit dry but not the worst rice I’ve tasted. Their strawberry daiquiri was a bit too strong for my liking definitely couldn’t drink it. The enchiladas tarascas made with mole sauce were disappointing. Mole was almost flavorless to me no spice seemed as though it was the Maria mole from the jar and the chicken in it was worse than the teriyaki chicken from Jack in the box . Their pozole was actually not bad definitely something I would enjoy during this cold weather. Their chicken Alambres were my top pick of my visit there…. Overall not the worst not the best, waitress definitely was on top of it when it came to caring for her table guests.

Went there before and food was on point. Went again last night and the whole experience was extremely dissatisfying. We waited 10 mins to be seated when there was no one in front of us and at least 7 tables available. When we were seated it took the lady 15 mins to get our drink order. I noticed they had changed the menu. I asked if they still had carne asada and was told no. She suggested another plate with beef, onions and bell peppers. I told her isnt that more like fajitas , instead of carne asada. She said well its the closest to carne asada and my respond was I dont see how when its 2 different cuts of beef. Anyway, we all ordered, 3 adults and 1 child. The chili verde sauce had a very strong tomatillo flavor and nothing else, no chili or seasonings. The servings of rice and bean was 1/2 cup. Nobody ate their plates. The waitress can to give us our bill only, other workers brought us our food. When the bill came, our waitress brought that out and it was over 120. The drinks on the menu have no price. Each soda was 4.99 and each cup of beer was 7.99. I seen they had on the bill suggestions for tipping a waitress starting at 18% on up to 25%. She didnt even deserve a tip but I figured she must be having a bad day so i left one. The food was over priced for the serving and it was mediocre. I will never go back or recommend...

The food is so good here it should get 5 stars, but the staff not all but it's the second time staff has let me down 1st in Hanford and then last night we came in with a group of 10. We waited for a table which is quite normal. We had to seat in bar area, while waiting some of us order drink at bar no biggy. We sat and it was already after 7 pm everyone knew what they were gonna eat. I told the waiter we were ready to order. He responds, we'll I am not I will be back and let for 10 minutes. Extremely unprofessional it caught us all by surprise. We discussed should we just take our business else where, but it was already late and decided not too. This was a week night not very busy as far as a lot of diners, took exactly 1 hour to get our food from time we walked in. Then upon paying waiter informed each of us paying our tickets because we were such a large party the gratuity was 15%. I just said to my self wow. I don't feel you earned it but I could hear the voice of my daughter who used to serve say mom they depend on those tips....so I did not want to be as rude as I was treated we paid him but I don't think I will be returning to Main Street or the Hanford one. 2 strikes, only...
