Doc’s — Restaurant in Visalia

I used to come here a lot at the old docks and get the Oreo swirly... my wife and I thought about getting dessert tonight and I was like you know what I want to go to the docks and get an Oreo swirly because it's been awhile and I want to see if I still like well unfortunately the best tasting thing was the whipped cream on top because the ice cream was kind of clear milk like it wasn't like Natural Ice Cream it was watery looking almost but that wasn't the worst part I got about halfway down and bit into a sizable chunk that was chewy and I was like what the heck is this? I spit it out as I started to taste meat or steak or something and as I looked at what I spit out it was a piece of steak meat or hamburger meat I'm not quite sure but it was sizable and it was gross... I went inside and stated it what happened she didn't seem to believe me and I even said I didn't want a refund or anything I just wanted them to know but still her response was underwhelming in my opinion I felt quite offended that this happened but unfortunately I don't think I will...

Food is sub par. It’s a burger joint. But there’s an older gentleman that was by far the rudest man I’ve ever met. I work in healthcare I’ve come across some twisted people. He was rude over the phone when ordering. I get there and am paying separate for 6 orders. He’s upset and throwing a fit about that. Rolling his eyes. Raised his voice because I said Diet Coke but he only has Diet Pepsi. And then someone ordered online that I was going to pick up. I have the order receipt on hand. And he literally raised his voice. Turned his computer around and made me look at it for proof. Then raised his voice on the phone to my co worker. Then threw the refunded money at me. Very unprofessional service. Not worth it over an ok...

There was some tables outside if you really wanted to eat your food in the open air, but they only seat 2 people so don't take the whole family😅 The food was good and freshly made, NOT just sitting in a food warmer waiting to be put out like other burger joints. This place is better then fast food but has similar prices. 🤠I HIGHLY recommend the Asad burrito and texan burger, and funnel fries. Seriously it was so delicious, this is definitely going to be a normal spot for us. This DOCS is NOT ON MAIN STREET, where all the other restaurants are and its just a little bit hidden so keep you eyes peeled for it when driving or Google maps it, but 10/10...
