So let me start with that fact that domino’s is like my 2nd favorite pizza spot in Visalia (especially Houston Ave location) However this delivery was by far the worst experience ever!!! I don’t know if the gentleman was expecting because it was being delivered to a “church” we were mean or what but the kid was by far the rudest delivery guy I’ve experienced yet! He was mad because his gps took him to another location and as many times as we received delivery from domino’s (just last Friday we had a delivery) we’ve never had domino’s get our location wrong!!!
OK, so what if deliveries a little late we can handle it, but what we can’t handle is rude customer service, and this kid was absolutely rude!!! He wanted to use the “three year experience driver“ saying but and gave major attitude and I was still kind no matter how much he was being rude on the phone. I was so patient and willing to send him Information/directions but he wanted to prove how right he was… I had no problem helping as I understand the frustration (I deal with people all the time and so I try my best to be super kind) … Well, the gentleman couldn’t even say bye on the phone he was so upset he hung up on me and so I decided to call to talk to the night manager… Hahaha that was a joke!!! The young lady that answered, seemed nice in the beginning, and then the moment I asked for a night manager, her attitude changed… So then I was put on hold for like two minutes, then she comes back to tell me her night manager on break…
I have no idea what Domino’s skills are for training, but they need to upgrade their training skills… Just about everywhere you go Customer Service is key!!! Managers your employees are representing you and the business, so if you’re nasty, you have an attitude and you’re always rude that’s exactly the way your employees are going to treat the people that come and order/shop from your store, so please step up your game training!!!

Went to pick my order up because it was ready as per what the app said upon arrival was told it would be another 5 minutes. Paid for my food then went outside to wait as the lobby was filling up. Upon coming back the lady who was infront of me got her order but only received part of it. The girl passing out the food and serving us asked if i was there for a pick up i said yeah and she asked "D" if he had my order he said no and proceeded to scorn her for her giving out a order that had the receipt on it out saying it wasnt ready. She then asked me was i there for a pick up and i stated yes. She asked "D" for my order he said I don't got it. So I asked the associate "D" how long it would seing as I was told 5 minutes and it was taking well over 10. He brushed me off saying someone will be with you with a rude tone and nonchalant way about it. As I'm waiting he tell his cowoker infront of everyone in the store "He doesn't have time to deal with customer" I proceed to tell him that it's his job to do so and he said " We can just cancel your order and you can leave" I said fine you can do that but i need to speak with the manager on duty. My order was canceled but I didn't received no refund at all. The manager comes does absolutely nothing doesn't say anything to the associate and doesn't try to fix the problem while the associate is still runing his mouth saying "Your mad huh" I proceed to tell him some very negative things back and was threated with the police. Read moreDominoes has become a go to. Their food is sooo much better than it use to be. Manager Dante, has really stepped up and the food has been consistently good for a while now. Compared to before... no comparison. The restaurant looks cleaner, but the windows r still dirty AF. Many of the employees r unfriendly and slow to offer help. Some appear to b doing their job duties efficiently, while others, not so much. Some negative things ab this store is the new phone ordering system. It's an automated human that has a name and sounds like a real person on the other end of the line, but its not! Only way I knew he was real, was wen I got frustrated and hung up the phone on it... and within 2 mins a live human being from dominoz is calling u back wanting to know if u needed further assistance ordering a pizza. So I asked her. Ugg.. and their app is slow, their website is jus full of extras at every turn.. and that's frustrating wen ur hungry and all u wanna do is order ur damn pizza alrdy!! . Lastly, their curbside pickup has always been the best and this remains the same. Keep up the good work ladies...
