Jamba — Restaurant in Visalia

I’m giving five stars because I almost always get excellent service from the store. Just wanted to remind the employees that when Dashers come in, we are your food delivery partner to get OUR customers their food. We work together. When I come in, I’m always patient and always courteous. I never take an order that isn’t worth waiting for. This morning, on May 31, I received the least friendly service I’ve ever received from an employee at this store. When I asked to use the restroom, I was questioned as to whether or not I was picking up an order. I already have the bathroom code memorized, but out of respect I asked for the bathroom code. I waited 13 minutes for my order. That’s not a problem, but when the employee went to make the order she told me it had just come through the system. I know that’s not true, I’ve been doing this six years, and I told the employee that my pick up time was already 10 minutes late. I don’t mind waiting for an order, but just know that those of us who have been doing this for years know how it works. Don’t forget when we aren’t dashing, we are customers! There are a couple restaurants I will not go to or take my family to because of how they treat Dashers. If the service I got this morning was always the service I got from the store, I would never come to this store myself. I will give the employee credit for being friendly with the other customers. I know that maybe other Dashers are rude or pushy or impatient, but that’s not me. I have a great rapport with 99.9% of the restaurants and stores I pick up from. Don’t judge us all based on one or two...

Absolutely love the smoothie flavors here. Always coming out with new ones, very flexible with changing the ingredients on orders, serve other snacks and drinks, and offer plenty of add-on items or "boosts". Environment is not all that great. Limited seating and nothing to really do in there. There is outdoor seating, though. It would be cool if they had a drive-thru because it's more of a takeout place. The big downside of Jamba Juice is their prices! So so so expensive. Almost $10 per drink. So if you're buying for a small family of 4, you can expect to spend around $30-40 just for drinks! Definitely not the most affordable place. Other restaurants serve smoothies for much less but just don't have the variety of flavors. Employees don't really interact with the customers. You order your drink on a computer and you kind of just see them making the drinks in the back and then they'll call out your order. I liked it better when someone was actually taking your order because it felt more personable. And also it can take quite a while for them to have your order ready. Female blonde hair with glasses seems to be right on point not wearing a mask or calling people out that don’t, how about you care more for your customer service. Last I checked it was my freedom, if I don’t want to wear one I shouldn’t have too, last I checked our president lifted mask mandates for those vaccinated or wait how about you don’t tell MY kids what to do.......my son does have a verified doctors note for him not to wear a mask, had you asked instead of attacking us, right when we walked in the door, you didn’t even greet us professionally, all I heard was “ Hi, Mask please”.......let alone having people wait outside in over 100 degree weather, our state has opened up capacities, I don’t understand why this store still makes people wait outside....I got better service at the Tulare one than this, so I now know where I’ll be going for a...
