Sharetea Visalia — Restaurant in Visalia

I came here for the first time to see what it was about. It wasn’t packed probably a few people inside. I got a Mango & Passion Fruit tea with boba . The reason I give 2 stars is because the service is horrible . Almost an hour wait for 4 drinks !! This is ridiculous 🤦🏽‍♀️. To top it off I saw they already had 2 drinks prepared but we’re waiting for the other 2. They should have just gave us the 2 that were ready while we waited. I asked one of the workers if we could have them because they had ice cream on top and were melting !! The drinks are alright, but for almost an hour...

I was super excited to have a Sharetea locally as I used to frequent another location when I lived down in So Cal. I got my usual-Okinawa milk tea with boba-but this time I was disappointed to find the tea was incredibly bitter! I had been “talking up” the place to my husband and now he’s looking at me like I’m crazy for raving about bitter tea. 😅 I’m hoping it’s just cuz the place is relatively new. We’ll give them another shot in a few weeks (he wants to try to the blended matcha with red bean), and I’m hoping all the kinks will have been ironed...

Been coming here since they have opened. They have a great selection of drinks and options. Price is average of what the others charge, there is a small fee for using card. A favorite of mine is the iced strawberry green tea with mixed boba. Also the taro smoothie with pudding and boba. Staff always makes you feel welcome. They greet you upon entering and thank you when you leave. The interior of the shop is always clean and...
