Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Visalia

Just went in to order, they were still open for another 10 min. I tried to order parmesan bread and they were out. Ok no biggie. White bread was fine. I ordered the club sandwiches She asked me what one the one with roast beef? I said the one with bacon. She said they both come with bacon. I said the one with turkey and ham she started making my sandwiches and 2 more customers walked in and she gave the other worker a look looking agitated because they were getting ready to close. She made most of the sandwiches and then said we’re out of bacon, I said well I wish you would have said that before and I wouldn’t of ordered, and you know I wanted the bacon because I said “the one with bacon” so at that point I said Nevermind and she gave me a dirty look and looked over at the (I assuming the shift manager)and I said you should have said you were out before I ordered and that the dirty look is very un professional and not necessary. Your open sign was still on when I walked in and you still had 10 min before closing so not understanding the attitude. Hope that you don’t treat all your customers that way. Food was actually good. The problem was my order. I ordered two Philly's one without cheese. It took awhile actually one of the girls asked if we had been taken care of because she noticed we had been waiting a long time. The order finally came up and both had cheese. So we waited again for our order we asked twice if they knew that one was one with no cheese. They assured us it would be one with cheese and one without cheese.. when the order came up and I asked again no cheese on one of the Philly's right. They assured us it was ok. I should have checked but didn't and when I got home one of the sandwiches was a club not a Philly.. I was hungry and against my wife's advice I ate it and it was okay just not the Philly I wanted.. So somebody got a Philly with no cheese PS the wife just advised me that she called them and talked to Cassandra and she was very understanding and arranged for us to get two for one on our next trip. I received a coupon for catering but it was only redeemable in person so I showed up at 10:30 because no one answered the phone number that's listed.. When I ordered they let me know it wouldn't be ready until 12 which is fine. I show up at 11:30 and patiently wait until 11:58 to ask because they're in the middle of a rush. I watched everyone else's orders get bagged while my 2 orders just sat waiting to be boxed. I also paid $4 for avocado on a sandwich as well, only for the avocado to be missing. Even with a 10% tip, I was not a priority. This left a terrible first impression for the company I work for. I was bragging about how good JM's is but now they don't want me to order again because of this.
