Taco Bell — Restaurant in Visalia

I arrived at the restaurant on 10/07/22 at 8:25am with the dining room completely empty and I was the only one at the counter, awaiting to have my order taken. I was not greeted in any way, just told once the gentleman noticed me that it would be a moment. A moment turned into a few minutes and i was still standing there waiting while another person came in behind me. Still not being helped after 5-6 minutes, I did see the drive through was being prioritized and the drive thru worker completely ignoring us. When the gentleman behind me was asking what was up, the gentleman working looked annoyed and told us someone would be with us, (nobody came) and "if we didn't want to wait, we could use the kiosk." Now, I work in food service, I know how it can be. But they were NOT THAT BUSY, even in the drive thru. When I walked out because I was going to be late for work, there were ZERO cars coming into the DT. That WOULD NOT fly where I work. I get it being understaffed, but like I said, there were NO ONE in the restaurant when I arrived and the DT had no line. There was NO REASON for this terrible service. (Or...

I 💘 LOVE LOVE LOVE Taco Bell, especially the one by COS. My favorite thing is breakfast, namely their bacon crunchwrap and the grilled bacon burrito, but only AFTER I FIX THEM UP LOL. Unfortunately Taco Bell doesn't put hardly any eggs on their breakfast foods. They used to but alas, no more. So I buy anywhere from 2-4 SEPARATE SIDES OF EGGS AND 1-2 SEPARATE SIDES OF BACON, heated up(if you dont specify heated up they'll hive UT to you cold) and I aske for salt and pepper and the breakfast salsa and I'm ready to go. I put salt and pepper on all of the eggs, then I open up each burrito and crunchwrap- one at a time- and put one of each of the sides of eggs and half of the side of bacon and then fold them back closed and VIOLA! Very, very slow tonight long wait for Taco Bell at 9:30 @ night. Didn't get any hot sauce either. This is my favorite Taco Bell and they usually have great service. Not sure what was wrong tonight. My Biggest Beef With Taco Bell is if you Don't Check or Stay on them EVERY TIME AT ANY ONE OF THEIR RESTAURANTS IS THEY WON'T GIVE YOU ANY HOT SAUCE. OR IF YOU ORDER A BUNCH OF FOOD THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE YOU A COUPLE OF HOT SAUCES. IT'S LIKE YOU HAVE TO BEG TO GET ENOUGH. Oh and they'll give you tons then of the fire one but when you want a lot of the mild they act like it gives them cramps. That just really makes me mad.
