This store has the absolute worst customer service at night. I just went through to pick up a mobile order around 8:45 PM this evening. Once again, they messed up on my order. This time it wasn’t something as simple as forgetting an item or to include something like an ingredient, but I was given a disgusting piece of chicken. There was some plastic crap on top of it, and it had a piece of bone or cartilage and a lot of veins and arteries in it. It made me sick when I started eating it. I had to call a dozen times before someone answered. I asked for a manager and a young lady yelled she was the manager. I am not sure if she actually is because she sounded really ghetto and was rude. Instead of helping me like the daytime manager did with the other problem I had with an order by taking my name down and having me come back for a replacement, she told me that I had to contact corporate because the issue happened with a mobile order. I informed her that the other issue I had was with a mobile order as well, and the manager just took care of it. I asked for her name and then she hung up on me.
I am so disgusted by Wendy’s that I doubt I will ever buy food from a Wendy’s again. I was going there almost everyday lately. I filed a formal complaint to the corporate office with the store number referenced, and I wish I could give them the name of the rude employee, but she hung up on me to avoid giving me that information. After the first mess up order I had, and the good experience I had with replacing it I would have easily recommended this Wendy’s but now I would never do that. Three times we have ordered from the drive thru to find out they gave us the wrong items, and it's always the cheaper, smaller versions of the sandwiches we ordered, all neatly wrapped up so you can't tell what's in the bag until you open it... Sucks because we really love Wendy's, but this restaurant here is running some sort of shady business, giving you cheaper burgers than what you ordered, at a profit of around $2 per item, multiply that by the number of wrong items over multiple orders, and it starts adding up. We went here to try the chicken breakfast sandwiches. We ordered two. One with bacon. The other chicken and honey on biscuit. When we got home we open our sandwiches and the biscuit with chicken had no chicken in it.
