Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vista

Went here the other day because the line was SHORT. We thought why not. Any other time its too long and just not worth it. We ordered and it took TWENTY minutes to get the the window. At the window they told us to pull into the parking lot because the spicy chicken needed a couple more minutes. Ok. That's fine. But we sat there for TEN more minutes before my husband approached them at the drive thru window. At that same time the chicken miraculously was ready. They threw in a "free cookie" (1 mind you, although 2 of us sat there waiting.). We waited over 30 minutes on this damn spicy chicken. And guess what. IT WAS COLD when we got it. So they clearly forgot about us or just gave us old food. And the 1 dessert was NOT enough to make up for it. 30 minutes for fast food.... never again. I could have been at a sit down restaurant and had gotten my food faster and...

I recently became homeless due to a fire and my 23 year old sons death. I've been a customer for years.. I humbly begged for just a regular sandwich because I was really hungry. The blond manager looked at me in discust and barely gave me a sandwich which was dry, old and DISCUSTING!! The thing that really hurt was they are christians and treated everyone better than me asking if they wanted mints etc. I was raised in a hypocrite household and have seen the same thing over and over!!! My son Christian Storm was a true Christian who I was proud of that would never act like that!!! God did take care of me last night because after that, my friend invited me over and she fed me. God Isn't Ugly Like...

Bought sandwich and nuggets, while picking up at window saw bag of cookies. Asked how much and decided to purchase. Cashier asked coworker for fresh bag from inside (that was very thoughtful of him) but other coworker who was next to Cashier says hand me the bag that's been sitting by window for display purposes, who knows how long it's been sitting there. Disappointing how he would say that when I can hear him and see everything that's happening! Bad customer service for him. Came home and I've noticed that I was charged extra for lettuces and tomato, which was fine but piece of lettuce wasn't a whole piece and tomato was small too....
