Ordered coffee and a wrap about 10 mins before picking it up only to find the wrap done and no one working on my drink when I arrived. There wasn’t a line outside and barely anyone was in the store. Employees were chatting while I was standing there and kept looking at me without asking me if I needed anything. Then reminded them of my drink missing (mistakes happen), they gave me attitude, and the barista proceeded to make the WRONG DRINK while chatting amongst her coworkers, not paying attention, until who seemed like a supervisor/manager made her aware it was incorrect by whispering through the headset, to which the barista then laughed before starting to make the actual one I ordered. This took an additional almost 10 minutes of time first thing in the morning. THE NEXT DAY I ordered again figuring maybe it was just a bad day for them. Got 2 drinks and received them on time. Was more than halfway into my drink, looked down into it, and there was A LARGE FLY IN MY DRINK!! TWO mistakes on the SAME person within TWO DAYS is ridiculous!
Contacted starbucks via chat and they told me it was “sensitive” and to call. Called their number and waited over 45 minutes to speak to a rep about the issue. They gave me a store credit for the “inconvenience” and stated they will report it to the district manager and the store itself.

Read moreIt's not one of the busy Starbucks that's always crowded. But the drinks take FOREVER! Take out order because the drive thru was long. But what I hate about all Starbucks is that they always make mobile orders first and in person orders always keep moving more and more to the back of the list as new orders come in. And then drinks just sit there!! Literally a counter full of the same drinks just sitting there. Drinks just sat there, the same drinks from when I first started waiting for mine. The same drinks just sat there for 20 minutes. It's frustrating that mobile orders take priority and just wait sit there. I'm sure there's a system but these are the optics. And then all Starbucks have the audacity to have the "tip" screen be the first screen to pop up when you pay, before you even get the shitty service. It's like you're tipping for shitty service...
