Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vista

I'ma give 2 stars bcuz it' had been getting eeh ok but not how I used to like it .........but This one's a bit late but about 2 weeks ago I had ordered some pizzas for my niece to eat cuz I promised her I'd buy her some and at the time I forgot so I ended up ordering the next day which was a Thursday I ended up ordering 2 pizzas and I got it for delivery.i live about 5mins away maybe less from the dominos on sycamore .I know sometimes delivery drivers don't get tips from their customers so I ordered my pizza gave a pretty nice tip of like 10-15bux I forgot but I had my pizzas delivered almost a whole hour late n were waiting n waiting n waiting n I'm like damn finally. We ended up getting our pizza delivered by this one blonde who just happened to be very nice in her maybe mid 30s early 40s.She handed me the pizzas n I'm like finally we gonna eat she left. All was good. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut man I started laughing as hard as I could n let me tell u I could have been angry cuz my pizzas were smushed so bad looked like someone had took them to wrestliemania I have a feeling that maybe she dropped the pizza boxes on her way to our house bcuz I'm the looked like the Chucky cheese conspiracy pizza where the slices are all different sizes n looked like someone tried to put them back in the right places 😂 now I cant say if that's why my pizza was delayed but it was probably the worst looking pizza I've ever had and since it was for my niece and I'm pretty sure it fell (if you would have seen it you would understand i wish I had taken a picture) I couldn't give it to my niece I ended up ordering flipping pizza n tossed those pizzas away sadly. My order at this Dominos wasn't made on time. Two part order the pizza was made but the Parmesan bites were forgotten. Contrary to the online ticket time my order was not ready until 550 PM. The time delay on the order resulted in warm Parmesan bites but cold pizza.

Once the Domino's error was realized it didn't appear that the missing item was expedited to complete the order. It was seemingly put at the back of the prep line leading to an even further unnecessary delay.

The manager was made aware of the lengthy delay and could be heard asking if I had already paid fpr the order, which I had via CC. My guess is that customer recovery was an option at this point, but she chose not to follow through. Furthermore - the manager on duty did not confront me regarding the issue. In my opinion these actions were the worst part of the ordeal. Based on the pins adorning her visor, she knows what good customer service is and chose not to rise to that occasion. She failed to correct or mediate an understandable error. I felt underappreciated as a customer - they seemed more interested in the dollar today than the customer tomorrow.

Please do the right thing for your future customers - it will not...

I'm surprised that others have reason to complain: my pizza is always fresh, sometimes not as hot as I like it but I understand that since they have to travel to get it to me. I just pop it in the oven for 10 minutes - the crust is awesome and the whole pizza is delicious.

I always get the same pizza and order from them at least once a month. Only one time has my pizza been unacceptable, so I made a phone call to the manager and they made things right with a free pizza on next order.

Typically, my pizza arrives within 30 minutes even though I live in a no-GPS location. I use the mobile app with pizza tracker and I know the time of every phase of the process, all the way through 'out for delivery'.

I tell the drivers about my satisfaction with my order and as long as their performance isn't horrible, I always tip the them at least 20%. Tipping goes a long way in receiving continuous, exceptional service. Some people think the delivery charge is the driver's tip and it's not.

Ultimately, I have a very good relationship with this specific Dominos and they always treat me right. I'm very happy with them and would definitely...
