This was honestly the worst experience I could have had at this location. I came in and was not greeted, I had to resign into my subway app which took me a minute or two, so I was on my phone when I entered. But no one said a word to me. There was no one else in the location at this time. When I was ordering the associate failed to mention an extra charge for avocado. I assumed that there would be, every other time Iâd gone to a Subway there was one but they always let me know and told me how much it was, never more than $1. But even sometimes being on a budget, I would take it off to save money. Well today the associate did not say anything, I had forgotten to ask about it. When my sandwich was done I ordered a drink and a cookie as well. There was another associate at the register, counting the money in it. I waited a few minutes before she finally said âJust go get your drink â which I found very rude. She couldâve said something along the lines of âIâm so sorry for the wait, if youâd like feel free to go ahead and grab your drink while I finish upâ but instead it was short and rude. Then when she finally finished after about 5 minutes of waiting she rand me up. I noticed her add the avocado. $3 for avocado!!! Are you serious! Iâd have definitely taken it off after that, but it was already on my sandwich! Then when I went to scan my app, after she didnât even ask if I was going to, she told me I was using the wrong machine, again being rude in her tone. I told her I was using the app to scan and she got irritated and told me that I should have told her. Like okay every other location I go to, associates take pride in there work and use the scripts provided by the company. Like âThere is an additional charge for avocado, itâs âŚ. Would you still like it?â Or âwill you be paying with our app today?â This was honestly an awful visit. Subway, do better. Someone get a district manager over here and show her how to keep her composure and use the scripts. Not come after paying customers for not reminding her...

Not tonight .Subway app had an error time out message on payment screen and my son mistakenly submitted the payment 3 times . Shop only made 1 sandwich but could not refund me for the other 2 . We paid $30 for 1 sandwich . I asked for something that verified that my card would be refunded and was told that only the sales receipt could be provided . Nothing to hold them accountable at a later time to prove they owe me $20. Employee âRosaâ had the worst attitude and customer service skills when I asked for a refund receipt . She got defensive and said that it wasnât her fault that made the mistake but rather my sons fault this all was happening .agreed ⌠but she might as well of just flipped me off. Thatâs how rude she came off !! She laughed and thought it was funny and didnât even act like she was representing the subway brand . Rosa should find a job that doesnât interact with the public if she canât provide adequate customer service . Rosa sucks at her job . Staff was as happy and enthusiastic as if I was their first customer, bread was soft and fresh, and even the cookies were freshly baked (staff mentioned they'd run out earlier and baked more...I've been to countless others where once they run out they don't bake more until the next day). The entire place was orderly, immaculate, all of the sandwich ingredients were fresh and the sandwich building area neat and clean.
