TL;DR: Terrible customer service at this Jersey Mike’s location. Staff was rude, made no eye contact, and didn’t say a word after taking my money. Not even close to the friendly experience I consistently receive at the 512 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ location.

As a regular Jersey Mike’s customer, I’ve come to expect a certain level of friendliness and professionalism when I walk through the door. Unfortunately, this location on Haddonfield Berlin Road completely missed the mark.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt off. I was met with visible frustration as I placed my order, zero eye contact, and not a single friendly gesture. The final straw was when I paid—without so much as a “thank you,” the cashier slammed the register shut and walked away. Not a word. It was honestly shocking.

This is especially disappointing because I usually go to the Jersey Mike’s at 512 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002, where the staff is so friendly and accommodating that I’ve gotten to know them on a first-name basis. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back—and why that location is always packed while this one remains empty.

If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider the current staff and make it a priority to hire people who genuinely care about doing a good job. At the very least, customers deserve to be acknowledged with respect and basic courtesy.

We’re spending our hard-earned money and choosing your store among dozens of options. Getting met with attitude over a sandwich is a quick way to lose loyal customers. I’ll gladly drive out of my way to avoid this location...

I had a wonderful time at this location, always have. I think it is really cool that this site is a training center. During the earlier part of the pandemic, I went after work to grab a tuna sandwich here "The Jersey way" and my server was Rachel. I had a great conversation with Ian, Sam, and Linzy. Everyone was welcoming and professional at the same time. This was way back on June 9, 2020 and I still remember them like yesterday. Again, I come here often but that was a special day for me. I highly commend them and hope to see them each having their own series of Jersey Mike franchises or other JM corporate-side climb within the company one day soon. Worst sandwich/hoagie I’ve had in a long time. First let me start with I did an online order. We made sure to read the descriptions carefully and did not make any modifications. This was the first time my husband and I had tried Jersey Mikes and we will NOT be back. He ordered the big kahuna Philly cheese steak with beef… we got chicken…. He wanted to trying the original Italian… it had MY bacon from my sandwich on it and the bottom of the roll was soaking wet. I ordered the Turkey club… obviously it was missing the bacon as that was in my husband’s Italian.
