Horrible drive through service Friday, November 3rd, 2023 at Bush’s Chicken 1425 N New Road, Waco, Texas 76710.
Visited drive through at about 7:50 PM and left at about 8:20 PM.
I placed my order in the drive through and was hit by a vehicle from behind. My mom and I had to gather evidence and information from the person who hit our vehicle. During this time, four different workers, one including the manager, came out on three separate occasions rudely telling us to leave. These employees along with their manager wanted us to leave because they were too worried about one lane being closed due to the incident we just had. They have a total of three lanes in the drive through. No one was behind us in the drive through except for the person who hit us and there were two other lanes open. Even if there was a vehicle behind us, YOU CANNOT LEAVE the scene of an accident until all information has been gathered. It was extremely obvious that the three employees along with their manager were all too rude and ignorant to know that. I also want to quickly mention that I have seen the manager talk down to her employees and yell at them. She (the manager) is extremely disrespectful. We were not once asked if we were okay or if we needed help. We were told in a rude and forceful manner to leave the drive through, three different times! One male employee came out after the manager and was shouting at my mom and had an attitude with her! Then a few minutes later two other employees came up to us (one boy and one girl). We were speaking to the person who hit us and the employees rudely interrupted our conversation and kept talking over my mom and I and kept bothering us to move! They were extremely rude and started laughing at our situation. Both of them were laughing! These people along with their manager have no class, respect, compassion or common courtesy whatsoever. Who laughs at people in a stressful situation after they were just hit by a car? Not only that, but my mom was in pain from the hit and I was scared and so was my dog. Terrible people. Terrible service. Disgusting manager and embarrassing and tacky employees. Also, there is always something wrong with our orders. Always! Read moreThis business doesn't know how to take of their customers. We order 2 family chicken orders we we got back to the office we didn't get our 10 rolls that come with one of the family orders. We called up there told them abt the mistake and the manager said to go back up there and he would give us the rolls. Well, my boss Andrea goes back up there to get the rolls and informs the employee abt the mistake with the 10 rolls and orders a lg Dr. Pepper after she gets back to the office she noticed on her receipt that they charged her for the rolls. I called back up there spoke to the manager and told him abt the whole inconvenience. He told me that we could go back up there, now keep in mind this would of been the 3rd time I said no thank you and the manager said the owner would give us a gift card for the amount of the rolls $5. And that's all they could do. Obviously Bush's doesn't care about their customers especially during these hard times. With gas prices and a limited time for lunch we dont have all day to keep going back to Bush's to get our order right. Next time we will be going to another restaurant never Bush's...

After ordering a gallon tea but only being charged for a regular, my brother came home to discover we didn’t get any fry’s. My sister made the drive back with the recipe and the works asked her if she knows who took the order, she responded no and he asked when she made order even tho she handed him the receipt. He then walked around and asked each worker who took the order. After about 5 minutes a new worker handed my sister a box of fry’s. She politely asked for a complementary brownie for her troubles and the original worker came back and said “no we can’t give out free food because we’ll loose money.” So my sister asked for a coupon for her next visit and he said they come in the mail. She then asked for a manager, learned that there where two and reminded that they can’t give out free food. The managers where never involved in this interaction. Also the fries had no salt. As you can see we spent about 60 dollars and drove up there twice. This is not about the complementary brownie, but about the lack of professional...
