Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Waco

I usually don't leave bad reviews. All of my reviews have been good. But this was my first time trying Cold Stone and all I have to say is that the manager and the staffs except for one of the worker was not helpful and friendly at all, despite this being an ice cream place, it's Cold and Stoney like the name. They just opened and I will be utterly surprised to see them stay in business, and if they make it, good for them; they've majorly improved on the quality and customer service experience. My personal opinion was that the ice cream tasted horrible and therefore overpriced. There were like 5 people working, but just seem like they were really just here for the paycheck, and nothing else (except for the petite, girl worker). I would def. not be visiting, it was a bad experience, overall. All I asked was a remake, because I did not like the taste of the ice cream; too sweet and not cold, contrary to its name "COLD" stone, the stone part make sense though. Disappointed, I’m pregnant and had a craving for a milkshake and came here. I got the love it size Reese’s chocolate peanut butter dream milkshake, with whip cream on top, for one nothing but peanut butter, I can’t taste any chocolate, for two if you’re gonna put whip cream on it you should use the tall dom lid not a flat drink lid and three, according to the online advertised picture and on the menu there is a drizzle on top. Not worth it for the price or customer service I recieved. I had to have him add more whip cream as he handed it to me with a figure 8 of whip cream to begin with. I even mentioned it supposed to have something drizzled on top and he said no. Clearly the in store menu and online...

The ice cream is tasty as expected from the chain. However my server was unattentive and did not listen to my order. I had to repeat myself five times, which is a huge pet peeve of mine and then it was still wrong. The atmosphere is neutral nothing bad but servers seem like they don't really care if they make your experience pleasant. The tables were also dirty. When I ordered there was 3 servers and 2 customers including myself and then a person who appeared to be the manager or possibly the owner walked in and still no one bothered to clean the 5 sets of tables. I get better service at Baskin-Robbins. Again the ice cream is great and the creation options are plentiful but...
