A Sweet Spot for Some, but Not for All: My Crumbl Cookies Review (Waco, TX) Stepping into Crumbl Cookies in Waco, Texas, was like entering a modern cookie-making studio. The setup is undeniably charming—you can watch the team craft their weekly rotating cookie flavors while your order is packaged into signature pink boxes that feel as indulgent as the treats themselves. I went for three of the smaller cookies and two large ones, one of which was a holiday special. The Atmosphere: A Bit Too Sanitized? The store is cute and quaint, but there was something about the experience that felt a little… clinical. The staff wore masks and gloves, which is understandable post-COVID, especially when working with food, but it gave the space an oddly sterile vibe. To top it off, the way the team all turned and stared at me when I walked in—five or six young women—was a bit unsettling. It wasn’t rude, just unusual, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d walked into a club where cookies are serious business. The Cookies: Good, Not Game-Changing The cookies themselves? They were solid. The large cookies were thick, chewy, and sweet, as expected. The smaller ones were fine but not extraordinary. Crumbl’s concept of changing the menu weekly is clever and keeps things fresh, but I didn’t leave with an insatiable craving to come back for more. Customer Service: Pleasant but Forgettable The service was polite, but it didn’t wow me. The staff was efficient, and everything moved smoothly, but there wasn’t that extra warmth or engagement that makes you feel like you’ve found a favorite spot. Final Thoughts: A Good Spot for Cookie Enthusiasts Crumbl Cookies in Waco gets a respectable four stars from me. It’s a nice place to satisfy a sweet tooth, and the packaging and presentation are on point. For true cookie connoisseurs, it might be a dream destination. For me, though, it was more of a “been there, done that” kind of experience. If you’re curious about the weekly flavors and enjoy the spectacle of watching your treats get made, it’s worth a visit. Just don’t expect it to redefine your relationship with cookies. What say you, Crumbl fans? Have you found a flavor worth rushing back for?

So I have no problem with the taste of the cookies or anything of that nature. My issue was I ordered online at 6:45 PM. It says my order would be ready at 6:50 PM. I thought that was a little too soon, so I waited a little bit before I head over to the store. I arrived about 7:08 PM. I checked in on the app. I waited until 7:40 PM and the only reason I did not want to get out is because I was in my night clothes. Which is why I ordered it online And when I pulled up, the storefront was packed so I didn’t feel comfortable getting off and my night clothes. after the whole crowd cleared, I walked into the store into these two young gentlemen. Race doesn’t make a difference to me, but for the sake of identifying, which one did what I will say the White Boy was apologetic and explained that the order never popped up on their screen is ready to prepare. However, when he ran out to give somebody else their cookies, I explained to Him that I have been waiting and told him my name, so even if my order didn’t pop up, I still told him that I had been waiting and he went back into the store and didn’t look into it. I walked out after they said that they would have my order ready shortly. When I look into the store, the darker skin boy was laughing. I didn’t feel the need to go back inside and be confrontational. I was really just frustrated of how long I sit outside just to not be helped. I have to go inside anyway anyways. I say this to say, maybe you are can address the behavior and then maybe work on the curbside execution to make sure it’s a little bit more seamless.

If you ever wondered what the food will taste like in heaven, all you need to do is eat a Crumbl cookie. These gourmet baked treats, confections, cookies, etc. are absolutely delicious. And every Sunday night the cookie menu changes to all new ones. I’ve heard there are well over 100 various cookies, but I’ve yet to see or taste a duplicate. Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. She truly is 100% vested in each cookie that leaves the store! If you have already had Crumbl cookies you understand my passion. If you haven't, you absolutely must! Enjoy and don’t be afraid of the variations, that’s what makes them so unique and delicious!

You just can't go wrong with stopping in at this place. It's a perfect stop spot for any and every mood you may be in, on any given day of the week. By downloading the free Crumbl Cookies App in your App Store, you can simply log in and view the menu for each week. You can even place your order in the free app and when you arrive at the correct store location, and park in one of the designated parking spots, you can then simply and very easily open your App and tap the "I'm Here" button and a Happy, Good Vibing staff member will quickly bring your order out to you. It just doesn't get any better than this. They have removed the work out of it for you so you are able to better enjoy your experience of indulging in what I am sure your taste buds will refer to as, "Life of Luxury, eating like a Billionaire". There is absolutely no doubt that once you taste the pleasures of this place, you will most certainly be smiling. You will have to frequently remind yourself that they don't just make cookies for your personal pleasure , they also make them for the pleasure of every living soul young and old. So before you pull away, buy one for someone you love, are thinking of, missing, care about, literally anyone, make sure to leave them a positive personal note on it, and when you give it to that person...pay attention to how your very own personal emotions are uplifted simply by giving someone a good cookie. You both will come away feeling nothing but Good Happy Positive Vibes, so always remember to pay it forward. The universe gives you, exactly what you put into it. Never Forget: #BeKindBeHappy to everyone, yourself included! I bet now you want a cookie! LOL See Ya There! Respectfully...
