This place is PERFECT! Not only do they have a great variety of tea selection but the staff if SOOOOOOO HELPFUL & KIND. I visit for the first time and oh boy! What a treat to Waco. My son had such a great time tasting all the flavors until he found “The ONE” sweet raspberry😍. During check out a very kind young man by the name of Colton checked us (my little son and I) out and was very informative about prices he even offer to help me out with my drinks(3 large drinks & one heavy gallon!). But what blew my mind and made me now faithful to this sweet place was that not only a block away I had to maneuver a VERY PROMPT stop which sent 2 of my LARGE tea’s flying all over my front seat. After coming to resignation on my waste of tea’s and the new mess I decided to go back to repurchase the same one’s. To my luck Colton had moved to the drive through window and was surprise to see me again. I explained my driving ordeal and how the tea’s went flying like projectiles on a mission. He was very understanding and even had a chuckle with me. He handled me my tea’s and kindly refused my payment telling me it was okay. This simple act of kindness made my whole day bright again and made this place my FAVORITE and the one of choice for A PERFECT drink.

I come here for the excellent water for my house and the Turbo Citrus tea. That tea perks me up without a super high or terrible crash at the end. Also, I think this shop has the best aroma of any business in Waco. It really gives you a pleasant feeling when you walk in. The tea blends are out of this world good and they have packs and supplies so you can brew your own a home. The only weird thing is that we got two 5 gallon jugs of water, two jugs of tea and no one offered to help us get it to our car. We had to make multiple trips and that's unusual for them. The employees were very friendly as usual, though, and looked very busy, so no big whoop. See you next time guys 👍

Edit: They just did away with the Turbo Citrus tea because they have energy shots now. Bad move. Now I have to buy an extra shot on top of a tea to get the same energy? I don't like it, but I won't be coming in nearly as often from now on. It was the whole reason I stopped by the majority of the time. I'll stop in for an ice water here and...

The teas are good. I love tea and it’s a treat I always get after picking my daughter up from daycare. Even she thinks they’re amazing. I went one day after picking her up like I always do. It was the last day of nurses week. I pulled in and asked if they were still giving free teas for the week. A girl rudely said uhh no. I said okay thank you and drove off. I didn’t appreciate the tone or attitude. I buy plenty of drinks from this establishment and thought wow they’re honoring healthcare workers after such a bad year we’ve had. The lack of customer service was enough to turn me off from ordering from here.
