If I could give them ZERO stars that is what they would get. I placed a 25 piece tailgate with 4 fries and 4 toasts to pick up curbside. Shows order to be ready at 644pm. I get there at 650 and mark I've arrived. At 705pm, I was still waiting so I looked back at the order and it showed picked up. I proceeded to go inside and ask about my order. The girl at the register goes to a metro rack where the food is sitting and goes to hand it to me. I asked for the manager and she gets a lady. I asked her why order online for curbside pick up if it is not even going to be brought out in a timely manner. I told her I did not want the cold food that had been just been sitting on a cold metro rack. She said she could remake the food and took the order back to the kitchen. She brought the order back out about 5 minutes later. She puts it in a bag and hands it to me and apologized. I leave the restaurant. As soon as I get in the car, I open it up to check it. It was the same order she took to the kitchen because the fries and toast were cold. The tenders were cold and soggy from sitting in the metal pan. I went ahead and took it only because my granddaughters wanted it just for Canes sauce, otherwise I would have gotten my $59 back and went to Bushes!! Never again will l eat here. I will get Bushes and make my own sauce from the copycat...
Read moreI ordered two separate fries and when I left I only have one rectangular box. I called to see if this was both orders or if I was missing one. The guy said if they have two ordered they just put them in the same box. How am I going to pay for two separate orders of fries and you can’t put them in their own respective containers? I had added on a toast to a kids meal and it came in a separate box, why not the fries? Just felt lazy. Going through the drive thru means not eating conventionally. I was separating this order to drop off for a school lunch. So what do they expect you to do in this scenario? This location gets a one star review because I consistently experience the laziness by their staff. Even today when I went around 11, they only had one window open and the line was wrapped around to the front. I saw multiple people pull out of line. There happened to be a girl standing at the first window where you would normally pay, but she couldn’t be bothered. I’m not sure if she was on break, but it just gave the perception of laziness that they would have somebody just be at this window, but not perform any tasks. I read reviews about people standing around in. This definitely happens to me all the time. It makes you feel awkward when they just look at you, And you have to initiate the interaction to...
Read moreUpdate: We've been there 30+ times since we wrote the original review. We've also been to some of the other locations, and this one is much better. Cleaner, nicer, happier, better food. They remember us and make us feel welcome every time. The food is amazingly consistent, exactly the same quality every time. THIS is how you manage a fast food restaurant.
I won't get into the debate on how their food compares, how many things they have on the menu, etc.
I will say that their staff is well-trained and friendly, the owner/manager is often there and goes well out of his way to make us feel welcomed, the food is always fresh and looks carefully made, and everything is super clean. Tastes great too, if you like chicken.
So if you have $15 and you want the same level of service you'd expect at a more expensive restaurant instead of the normal sad, dirty, and stale experience you'd get at most of the fast food joints around here, this is your place. Best example of how a fast food place should be done that I've ever...
