As of today I got fired cause one of the other employee and I had got into an argument. I had just started wensday and had already observed the sence this is not my first rodio I had many jobs in my 24 years of living so I pretty much know how these establishements work. So this friday one of the busiest day a gentle and I got into a argument in the front of the house and brooklyn comes out screaming and asking us to stop. So we go to the back and I ask her if we could talk about this as adults and she refuses and continues to scream. The employess there run over her. They all go to the back to chill sit down play on the phones. Even brooklyn said she hired a bunch of pot heads. You shouldnt even talk about that kind of stuff in the work place. One of the girls that was on the register kept going to the back to check her phone while there were customers in line. They arnt serious about the work. They didnt greet cutomers with a smile. Thats makes them want to come back engaging in conversations. Ms. Brooklyn has favorites I even called her back to see if I could get my job back but she said ahe had to think about it but the guy who called me fat didnt loose his job. My personality is very strong and I guess they wernt used to people telling them things straight up. Even before I started working there I had went to the counter and asked for a manager and the young lady name kaly had a very nasty atitude and rude look on her face. Any way the onwer has no idea whats going on in his store. It doesnt need to be run by a 21 year old that doesnt have experience or doesnt know how to talk or control her employess. Used the app to order and pay for a smoothie with curbside service because these people are mask nazis and will not allow you entry without a mask. I have a lung condition and don't do masks. The app gives you the phone number to call when you arrive so that they will bring it out to you. They would not answer the phone, even though I sat out front in their curbside pickup spot for over 40 MINUTES and called them repeatedly the whole time. Meanwhile, most of that time there was no one in their store. Occasionally, people would come in and get a smoothie and leave. No excuse for this. As of right now, I've been on hold with the national customer service line for 25 minutes trying to get through to get a refund. This company is a joke and obviously doesn't want to deal with people. UPDATE: Stayed on hold with national customer service for almost 30 minutes and they never answered. I decided to walk in (maskless) and ask them to just refund it back to my card. They finally did, but the shift supervisor who did it didn't ask me a single question about why I was dissatisfied or apologize for the bad experience or ANYTHING. She barely even made eye contact with me. There's no way she didn't know what happened, because in addition to them seeing me sitting right outside the front door in their "curbside pickup" spot for over 40 minutes, I think the owner called her the moment I walked in the store and spoke with her on the phone briefly....
