So normally I order here for work related needs. I’m a facilitator and we often have food at the meetings I facilitate. Normally the service is okay but on yesterday it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Quite frankly it was obvious that no one cared that I was not satisfied with the service I received. To start I had a tray that was scheduled for pick up at 11 am.. I was running behind because I had a emergency that morning. When I arrived at about 11:20 one of the employees was RUSHING to make the sandwich tray. I was irritated because I was already running late and had a meeting out of town. Instead of being rude and disgruntal I just told them I would be right back, because I needed to purchase plates anyway. When I returned about ten minutes later the tray was ready.. so I thought. The employee brought me the bag with the sandwich’s and condiments. I briefly looked through the bag to make sure I had peppers.. when I didn’t see any I went BACK into the store to make sure I had everything. The employees assured me everything was in the bag, so I left .. heading out of town. As I got on the road something told me to check my order.. low and behold the chips were not in the bag. So I called the store to make sure she hadn’t put them somewhere and I just didn’t see them. The employee answered the phone and let me know that the chips were at the store. Sooo, I had to turn around, and drive thirty minutes back into town to get the chips for the meeting. When I arrived at the store the employee wasn’t even apologetic.. she just handed me the bag and went right back to work. I asked to speak with a manager but she said a manger wasn’t there but she’d give the manager my number so they could call me. She said it was illegal for her to give me the managers number.. let’s just say I have not heard from a manager at this point. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Subway store located in Exxon, Waco, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff seemed more interested in interrogating customers about their toppings preferences than actually preparing decent sandwiches. It's mind-boggling that they would prioritize questioning customers over actually making edible food.
To add insult to injury, despite ordering online while physically in the store to take advantage of a supposed offer, the sandwiches we received were an absolute abomination. They were devoid of any semblance of flavor, tasting like nothing more than a pile of raw vegetables hastily thrown between two pieces of bread.
The chicken sub was no better, lacking any seasoning or sauce to speak of. It's like they took a chicken breast straight from the freezer, slapped it on some bread, and called it a day.
Overall, this Subway store deserves a big fat zero stars for their abysmal service, lackluster food quality, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere for your sandwich fix. I'm attaching a vegetable sub picture as well which we...
Read moreTonight I visited this store after I got off work I arrived at the store at 10:40 pm approximately 20 minutes before the store closed. I was told by the young lady working that she was closed already and she couldn't serve me. I expressed that online it said they didn't close until 11. She told me she was sorry but she wasn't taking anymore orders for the night and she absolutely refused to serve me. I just wanted to reach out because I don't think you should advertise that you close at a certain time if your going to stop serving guest 30 mins before you actually close. I was really looking forward to subway and thought about it all day and was left disappointed. I will be calling the store manager as well and expressing my concerns.
