I walked in, there is a white male working this morning. He was very unprofessional. As I walked in he had a look on his face that I knew it was going to be a bad experience. To start off I watched him ring up the person in front of me with cash payment then come straight to be and asked what can I get you. First and for most he kept the same gloves on that he ringed you the customer in front of me. So I Politely asked him to changed them, then he got upset and changed them before proceeding to make my sandwich. The whole time he was upset, he was throwing the cheese and when asked to warm my meat up he then ask āand you still want it toastedā well of course I want it toasted! After ringing me out, I witness him ring me up and touch all over the register with the gloves and finish up the customer after me. Once I got home, I asked for chicken Teriyaki and not sure if something changed with subway but my chicken was covered in sweat onion sauce. I hate that sauce but I guess maybe being the cheaper way out they decided to use that sauce or maybe itās changed. Iāve had bad experience with this employee in the past but this time I had it! I left special instructions on the order for the delivery driver to pick up sour cream and onion chips, as that isn't an option on the app. I also left a $7.00 tip for the driver through the app.
When I received the order (contactless delivery), there was no chips or drink, only the sandwich. I called the driver and questioned him. He told me to call the store or Doordash for a refund. The driver did not read instructions, or he would've known there were items missing.
I tried calling the store twice, but no one answered there, it just goes to voicemail. I also tried contacting Doordash customer support, but they either cannot or will not refund the missing items or the $7.00 tip.
I just submitted a customer support ticket through subway's website with all of this information. We'll see if it gets resolved. This was a big mess for such a small order. I highly recommend NOT using the delivery function on...

To get a gallon of marinara sauce with a 6-inch meatball sub just ain't right it's messy and we can't even hold the damn bread because it's so soggy. It should be standard practice we shouldn't even have to ask for something as simple as that for them to do to make our experience worth it foods way too expensive not to enjoy. And I really make it to where you can't even enjoy nor even eat your food without making a mess and it's not like they are paying the cleaning bill. And then when you call and tell them the little four-year-old on the other side of the phone is whining and acting like we give a s* if it wasn't them or not.
